There usually aren't any problems if you take a little too much, as I find can be the case with other, heavier curl creams. I usually combine it with mousse for extra hold and maybe a bit more volume. The scent is fresh, but a little sweet, and quite neutral after it's been on for a while. I, who have a hard time with strong scents, can tolerate this one just fine. It's one of the few that doesn't aggravate my sensitive scalp.4208 views

However, the film-forming ingredients can provide some protection against external influences, and sunflower extract and other nourishing ingredients are included. But I would say no to UV protection. The product contains several ingredients that can contribute to heat protection and a protective film on the hair strand, especially: Cyclopentasiloxane – a silicone that provides slip and helps protect the hair strand during styling. Polyquaternium-37, Polyquaternium-11, and several different copolymers – film-forming ingredients that can coat the hair strand and help protect against heat. All the best ❤️

However, I do think the hairstyle gets a little “lift” anyway, and I like to have it just before heat styling (blow dryer/curling iron). I take about the amount of 3 peas, quickly distribute it in my hand, and then scrunch it into the lengths (it dries quickly). I think it makes the result with heat styling a bit more durable and also gives light volume to the whole hairstyle + smoothing effect on flyaways. ➕ • Suitable before heat styling if you want a lighter product (doesn’t get stiff or oily) • Economical and creamy • Hair smells like you’ve just been at the salon :) Fresh. ➖ • Doesn’t make my naturally wavy hair particularly curlier. I think this one only gives a little light volume/hold and mostly if I heat style my hair. I don't use it on the scalp, just on the lengths.
