Easy to apply but smells like self-tanner
I really like this and it would have gotten 5 stars if it didn’t smell so much like self-tanner. The whole bed smells, so I have to change the pillowcase every time 🤣 When you first spray it on, it smells nice, a bit fruity, but once it’s dry, the classic self-tanner smell comes. I’ve used a little more than half the bottle now and haven’t had trouble getting it even or blotchy. So nice but patchy..
I adore hickaps products and they usually are 10/10. That's why it really hurts to write this review.. First of all, this self-tanner was EXTREMELY easy to get even, I sprayed three sprays and woke up with a really nice color the next morning. It also smelled INSANELY good, a bit fruity and not the usual self-tanner smell. The first two days it was SO nice and I was so happy and spoke well of it. But on day three it became terribly patchy, even my partner noticed (he NEVER notices such things otherwise)! It also couldn't be scrubbed off so I just have to walk around like this now haha. You can cover it with makeup! Pros: + Smells good + Easy to get even + Nice color at the start! Cons: - PATCHY after day 2!!! In summary, I won't buy this again because of the patchiness. Gives a fantastic color
The product is very easy to apply. Feeling on the skin The skin feels very wet afterwards, and you don’t dare to touch your face because you don’t want an uneven tan. My eyes water a lot when I have applied it, but I have sensitive eyes, so my eyes water with certain products. Smell It actually smells very good and fresh. Doesn’t smell at all like regular self-tanner. Result The color turned out so nice, and you really looked sun-kissed!! Sometimes I experience that I turn orange and that it can become uneven. But this mist really becomes as even as the commercial says. However, the mist settles into all the pores on the nose, so they are very highlighted. Which is a real shame.
