Popular for a reason!
I bought this mascara a while ago and now over Christmas I started using it. I had heard so much good, so it was fun to finally try it myself too. I absolutely understand why it is so popular because it is really good! 😍 Not too sticky but also not dry and crumbly, so just right. Nice packaging and good brush, or I like a bit smaller brushes so this was to my taste👍🏻 Gives good black color but I am also curious to try this mascara in brown, I think it would be suitable for everyday use. I think the lashes become long and separated, I usually like not to have too much mascara on my lashes, but it surely works well to build up with several layers if you want a more intense look. My only little problem was that when we were away on a trip over Christmas and I had used this mascara, it was a bit trickier than normal to remove the mascara. There was minimal warm water coming out of the tap in our hotel room, and you need 38+ for this to dissolve😅 So it took a while to get it off then, but otherwise here at home when I use it, it is very easy to remove it with warm water💦 (so as long as you have warm water, it works just fine😜) #lykoreview - The post was made 1 dayRating: 3 out of 5verified customer
Easy to wash off but crumbles
I had higher expectations for this since others gave it high ratings, but I find that it crumbles very quickly. However, it's really good that you can "pull" it off when washing so you avoid mess.55 views - The post was made 3 days
Free from nickel and cobalt?
Hi! I've been thinking about buying this mascara, but I want to double-check. Is it free from both nickel and cobalt? If not, is there a good mascara that is?85 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 3 daysHey Elsa! Yes, it should not contain nickel or cobalt. Sometimes certain mineral pigments or colorants can theoretically contain small amounts of trace metals. But I found information that this should be "highly purified from nickel and chromium" – which means that the product should be made with mineral pigments or other ingredients that are purified/"highly purified" to minimize traces of nickel and chromium. So it is an indication that the product is suitable for people with nickel and chromium allergies 👍🏻1 likes

Love!
The best mascara I’ve ever tried. I won’t buy any other from now on because this is my new favorite. I love that it’s so easy to just wash off with warm water, you don’t have to rub your eyes.112 views - The post was made 5 daysRating: 4 out of 5verified customer
God, doesn't smudge, but flakes
I struggle with all mascaras smudging on me, this one doesn't. I bought it in brown, the brown shade is very dark, almost black. Gives good volume and length I would say. The only downside is that it flakes.1 product in post God, doesn't smudge, but flakes146 views - The post was made 6 daysRating: 5 out of 5verified customer
IDUN Minerals Vatn Volume 38 °C – Blue
This mascara is my absolute favorite. The blue color is intense yet elegant and looks especially nice in the light. The formula is a 38 °C mascara, which means it stays perfect all day without flaking or smudging, yet washes off easily with warm water. The brush separates the lashes beautifully and makes it easy to build volume without clumps. Plus, it’s vegan, fragrance-free, and contains nourishing ingredients like castor oil and shea butter. I’ve returned to this mascara for several years – it delivers every time.1 product in post IDUN Minerals Vatn Volume 38 °C – Blue305 views - The post was made 1 weekRating: 5 out of 5verified customer

This doesn't work for me at all!
Unfortunately, the worst mascara I've ever tried. Incredibly clumpy on the lashes despite being nice on the brush and not the least bit dry. Looks like spider legs around the whole eye no matter how I apply it. I've seen so many good reviews of this, but for me, it doesn't work at all. Looks really bad. Comes off in clumps throughout the day that fall on my cheek, and unfortunately, I have sensitive eyes, and this makes my eyes start to tear pretty quickly after application.768 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 monthHey Emelie 🌸 Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! 🤍 Oh no, it wasn't great that the mascara didn't work for you and that it irritated your eyes 🙈🤎 Mascaras can be experienced differently depending on application and especially sensitivity in the eyes. One tip is to try using less product and work in thin layers to avoid clumps, as well as to ensure that the brush is free from excess before application 💛 Have a great day! 🌞1 likes

The mascara from Idun (brown)
The color is more dark brown, almost towards black. At first, the mascara was watery and the lashes clumped together. I felt like you need to work in a technique to make the mascara look good. But I guess over time the mascara dries a bit and it gets easier. It washes off easily. So overall, I'm satisfied with it.1 product in post The mascara from Idun (brown)863 views - The post was made 1 monthRating: 4 out of 5
Great!
Personally, I really like it, especially nice for us lazy girlies who still care about what products we use. It's easy to wash off, and you get a very nice volume and okay length. So if you have slightly shorter lashes, this might not be for you. One downside is that the applicator is not nice at all, but for me, the product is still worth it. I do know that for some, it can flake.1 product in post Great!995 views - The post was made 2 months
What is the difference?
Hi, I am interested in trying Idun's mascara but I wonder what the difference is between this one and the IDUN Minerals Mascara Vatn Waterproof 38°C? This one is also waterproof if it only comes off in 38-degree water, and both say they are for sensitive eyes. So what is the difference? Thanks in advance!
