Popular for a reason!
I bought this mascara a while ago and now over Christmas I started using it. I had heard so much good, so it was fun to finally try it myself too. I absolutely understand why it is so popular because it is really good! 😍 Not too sticky but also not dry and crumbly, so just right. Nice packaging and good brush, or I like a bit smaller brushes so this was to my taste👍🏻 Gives good black color but I am also curious to try this mascara in brown, I think it would be suitable for everyday use. I think the lashes become long and separated, I usually like not to have too much mascara on my lashes, but it surely works well to build up with several layers if you want a more intense look. My only little problem was that when we were away on a trip over Christmas and I had used this mascara, it was a bit trickier than normal to remove the mascara. There was minimal warm water coming out of the tap in our hotel room, and you need 38+ for this to dissolve😅 So it took a while to get it off then, but otherwise here at home when I use it, it is very easy to remove it with warm water💦 (so as long as you have warm water, it works just fine😜) #lykoreview1 product in post Popular for a reason! - The post was made 1 dayRating: 5 out of 5verified customer

Super good - if my lashes had stayed curled🫠
Unfortunately, my lashes don't hold the curl with this mascara, but if they did, I would have loved it. It's easy to work with, gives the lashes both length and volume, and is easy to remove. Very dissatisfied :(
I had high hopes that the mascara would keep my lashes curled and pretty, but they fell down immediately… The mascara is also hard to work with as it clumps and flakes a lot. I think it applies nicely, can be built up, and I love that it comes off so easily with warm water! Nice brown color. If you want a mascara with a nice brown shade and the rest doesn't matter, then you should buy this mascara, but for me, it went straight into the trash after trying it a couple of times with exactly the same result, panda eyes where I got a lot of flakes in and under my eyes plus lashes that lost their curl pretty much immediately. It flakes, something terrible, and it's barely possible to touch the lashes to get any clumps off - which has never been a problem with other mascaras I've used, without it starting to flake immediately and getting debris in my eyes that irritates quite a bit. It was hard to get nice lashes with this type of brush, but maybe it's really a matter of taste, but it's not right for me. The shape of the lashes didn't hold all day even, but drooped quite quickly after application. So no, 200 bucks for a mascara of this quality - no, it's not worth it. Thank goodness I seem to have found my favorites (Lancome Hypnotic black + black-brown) now anyway after much back and forth, so I will hold on to these, I bought this one from Idun since I read that many were satisfied, but those were apparently old reviews, so maybe they have changed the formula since then? Will there be a repurchase of Idun's mascara? Nope. Short summary: + nice color +/- okay to remove - flakes and not a little either and barely tolerates being touched without falling apart. - extremely wet formula at least the first time, somewhat better since - poor durability of the "curls" on the lashes, loses shape quickly - tends to give spider legs if you put on too much1 product in post Nice brown color, that's it.1089 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. Use:
