Living Proof Restore Mask Treatment is truly one of those hair masks I like to bring out when my hair feels dry, tired, or just needs a little extra care. 🤍 I love the feeling after a really good hair treatment, especially when the lengths have been through a lot of styling and heat and feel like they need a little break. What I like right away is the creamy texture. I enjoy working the mask thoroughly into the lengths and especially focusing on the ends where my hair can easily feel drier. I let it sit for a while while I do other things in the shower and then rinse it out. It really becomes a little extra self-care step in my hair care routine. ✨ Afterwards, I especially feel that my hair is softer and more manageable. It becomes easier to detangle, and the lengths feel much nicer to touch. I love when a hair mask not only makes the hair soft right after washing but also gives that well-cared-for feeling when the hair is dry and I start styling it. Since I have wavy hair, I’m quite careful with products that can feel too heavy. I want moisture and softness, but I still want my hair to be able to move and for my waves to keep their shape. That’s why I like to use the mask as a more intensive step instead of every time I wash my hair. 🌸 I also think it’s perfect after a deep cleansing wash. If I’ve used a detox shampoo to remove product buildup, I can follow up with the Restore Mask and give the lengths a little extra care. That combination feels like a real reset for the whole hair. It’s also a product I like to use when I’ve had a period of a lot of styling. After blow-drying, curling, or other heat styling, the hair can sometimes feel a bit tired, and then it’s nice to add an extra nourishing step. I find it makes the hair softer and easier to manage. What I appreciate most is probably the feeling afterwards. The hair feels like it’s gotten a little extra love, and you can really notice how easy it is to handle. 🤍 I find it easier to brush, style, and get the finish I want.
