Not as expected
Had dark hair with light highlights that I wanted to dye because of the roots. I used this in shade 7.11. Maybe a bit light for me, but afraid of getting too dark. Ended up with a decent color in the lengths but at the roots, the hair has taken on an orange-like tone?! The hair was natural at the base here and I've never experienced anything like it. Wasn't this supposed to be cool? Advice is appreciated 😅Translated from norwegian

I have dyed my hair with this color three to four times now and think it works quite well. However, after a few weeks when the color has faded (it doesn't last very long, no), it looks like the dyed hair (= dyed with only this color) has warm pigments in it (hair strands that go towards red/gold) compared to my roots, which are a cool ash. I wonder if there is any bleach in this color that brings out the warm tones?Translated from swedish
