Pretty glow
I have had the honor of testing this highlighter from L’Oréal that can be used in several ways - alone, under makeup, or as a final highlighter on the makeup. I would say my skin is normal. It can have periods in the winter where my skin gets a bit drier or it gets a bit oilier in the summer. But otherwise, I would say it’s the same all the time. For the product, I like the packaging, I like that the applicator is a bit narrower so you don’t get too much product out at once, but can place the product exactly where you want it. You also get a lot of product for the money, which means it will last a long time! It gives a nice glow that looks natural, no glitter or anything in it that makes it too much. Unfortunately, the color was too dark for me now in the winter, so I haven’t been able to use it alone or on top of makeup, but I think I will be able to do that in the summer and that I will really like having it by itself to get a fresh glow. So now that I am a bit paler, I have used it under my foundation to get a natural glow, and I have really liked it! It peeks through a little under your foundation and leaves a light glow that looks very natural. I then apply the product to the areas I want to highlight, like the nose, cheekbones, and a little above the eyebrows. So to summarize: a very nice and natural highlighter. Very nice to have under makeup during the winter months and I think it will be nice to have alone in the summer when I have a bit more color. Not for me.
I had the opportunity to test several products from #LOREALPARIS on behalf of #lykoinflutester. ✨ Unfortunately, this was not a product that suited my taste. For starters, I found that the color was too dark for me, which made the result perhaps not entirely fair based on my skin tone. Besides the color, I also missed what I primarily look for in a highlighter – glow. I didn’t feel that it provided any significant glow effect, and it didn’t feel particularly moisturizing on the skin either. The result was therefore quite flat and not as prominent as I had hoped for. 💦 Feeling hydrated and glowing several hours after application!
I have to say this little tube pleasantly surprised me! For reference: I have sensitive and combination skin. Sometimes dry on the cheeks. It applied really nicely on the skin and truly gave a dewy glow 💦 I applied two layers on the cheeks for extra glow. It doesn’t provide coverage, if you want that this is not the product for you. Maybe I wished for a tiny bit more pigment. I chose the color medium glow. ✨️ The skin actually feels hydrated several hours later! Glotion!
As a #lykoinfluencer, I’ve had the chance to test this paradise island glotion highlighter from #lorealparis. 💛 The packaging is a pleasant surprise as it’s bigger than expected and has a slimmer tip, which makes it easier to apply the lotion precisely. A highlighter that promises a natural and moisturizing glow, which I definitely experience!✨ In the video, I’m testing shade 904 “Deep Glow” because I want to use it as a sort of bronzer. Just as promised, it has a light consistency that’s easy to work with and absorbs into the skin with a moisturizing formula. A natural glow, as I said, with the perfect amount of shimmer in my opinion, especially since I usually skip highlighter altogether! The easiest way is to blend the lotion out with your fingers, either with a moisturizer or on its own. It also works with a brush for a more subdued result. As #lykoinflutester, it was extra fun to test a product I’ve already bought again and again! 🥹💕 I’ve been using this for a long time as an alternative to Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter, and I still think they’re quite similar. If you’re looking for a beautiful glow at a slightly nicer price, this one is really worth trying! ❤️ It doesn’t provide coverage, but the most beautiful glow! I love using it under foundation for a natural “glow from within” look, but it’s also great alone or on the high points of the face. ✨ When I first tested it, I experienced that my skin could react a bit if I used it very often. Now I use it a bit more sparingly, and it works perfectly for me. The dream product
This gives the nicest glow! It looks very natural on the skin and gives a healthy, fresh finish without being glittery. I like to use it both alone and under foundation when I want extra glow. The product works really well as a base product with concealer and bronzer, but I have noticed that I have gotten a few more pimples from it, which is a downside. Beautiful Glow
Love this, and always have an extra backup in case I run out. Gives a beautiful glow under foundation, but also looks great on its own. Very patchy
I have tried it a couple of times both with and without moisturizer, it was not for me and felt like it ruined the whole makeup. It became quite patchy and uneven no matter what I did and tried.
