Metal DX effectively removes metal particles, which can make the hair extra “clean” and rough if you don’t follow up with some nourishing care after the treatment. A tip could also be to try finishing with a mask/pack immediately after shampooing before finishing with conditioner. Finish by using a leave-in for easier detangling. Gently comb the hair, preferably from the ends, and take small sections at a time. Feel free to use a detangling brush if you have one at home. If the scalp felt dry, massage the shampoo only into the scalp and let the foam rinse through the lengths, or alternate with a milder, more moisturizing shampoo between Metal DX washes and use that shampoo only as needed.
