Lipliner from MAC is a lip pencil that is soft and has a creamy consistency that frames and shapes. It can also add color and dimension to the entire lip. It is long-lasting and makes it easy to get a nice contour around the mouth that doesn't bleed or smudge. The color Dervish is a nude dove pink tone that suits most. Both cool and warm undertones. (I have a natural tone), it can easily be built up to make it more powerful. The lip pencil is 1.45 g and lasts a long time. It is enriched with vitamin E, which protects and maintains a rich color, and it also contains moisturizing ingredients that make the lips soft and hydrated. Antioxidants that provide caring properties and moisture to the lips. I buy MAC lip pencils again and again. π€ The perfect lip pencil for a defined look π€
The MAC Lip Pencil in the shade Chestnut is truly one of those lip pencils that I think can change the entire lip makeup. I love when a lip pencil can give a bit more definition without it having to be over the top, and Chestnut is a shade I really like when I want to create a slightly deeper and more defined lip look. β¨ What I like most is how versatile it is. I can use it just to define the contour, fill in the entire lips, or use it as a base under a lip gloss or lipstick. This allows me to get several different looks with the same product, which I really appreciate. I think Chestnut is especially nice when I want that slightly deeper, brown tone on the lips. π€ It gives a completely different expression than a classic nude lip pencil and is perfect when I want to make the makeup a bit more defined. At the same time, it can be blended out so the result becomes softer and more everyday. One thing I really like about MACβs lip pencils is the feeling when you apply them. I find it easy to get a clear contour and work with the color without it feeling like a big project. I usually start by marking the outer edge of the lips and then fill in a bit more where I want extra color. π«ΆπΌ I also love the combination of lip pencil and gloss. If I use Chestnut and then apply a transparent or slightly lighter gloss on top, I get a very nice contrast between the deeper contour and the glossy center. It really becomes a lip makeup that feels both feminine and a bit more glamorous. π And just like with many MAC products, it feels like a real classic in the makeup bag. Itβs simple, versatile, and can be combined with lots of other lip products. I especially like that it can change the feeling of an entire makeup depending on how much you use. MAC Lip Pencil in Chestnut is simply a real favorite when I want more definition and a deeper tone on the lips. I love MAC Cool Spice! The color is a super nice brown nude that fits perfectly for both everyday looks and slightly more made-up looks. I have been searching for a natural shade for a long time and finally found it! Stays in place well, easy product to work with. Icons for a reason!
The world's best lip liners in my opinion. A perfect balance between a real pencil with enough wax in the formula to really hold lip products inside the lines but still soft enough to glide on easily and feel creamy. Love them now and have loved them for almost 20 years! I have dozens of these at home and have gone through many. They last extremely long, I still use several pencils that are years old as they are shades no longer made. Use:
BEFORE LIPSTICK:
-To naturally define lips, start by outlining the Cupidβs bow. Then, switch to the outer corners of upper lips and draw inward until you connect the lines at the centre.
-To enhance your lips and create a fuller-looking effect, trace along your upper lip line while gradually overlining beyond the natural border of your lips.
-To create a contoured lip look, choose a shade deeper than your Lipstick to outline lips. Then, fill in the centre of lips with the lighter Lipstick, slightly overlapping with your liner. Blend with a 316S Brush to create a natural-looking gradient.
