    Holds well and beautiful shade!

    I love the MAC Ruby Woo shade and its variations, aiming to get them all 🤭❤️ The shade is perfect in this Retro Matte Liquid Lipstick, and application is easy. The longevity is also surprising! Once dried, the lipstick is transfer proof and even when eating, it only moves minimally. The feel on the lips is pleasant, it doesn't tighten or stick. I love it! 😍 #lykoreview

    How well does it hold?

    I love snacking, especially during that time of the month, but that's been the problem for me that my black lipsticks like the color comes off so easily. I wonder if the color holds even when eating food, drinking, or snacking and even when kissing my husband? I want something that really holds and stays on without having to worry!

The MAC Retro Matte Liquid Lip Colour in Caviar is really one of the more long-lasting, matte options 🖤 It’s made to stay on for a long time, but no lipstick is completely safe against oily food or kisses 😅 To achieve maximum longevity, make sure to properly prep your lips, use lip liner, and apply thin layers. Avoid greasy food and feel free to drink through a straw to minimize wear. With the right technique, you can enjoy snacks without worrying too much! 🤗 Have a nice day 💄

    A classic that could be better

    Mac really has a classic formula for these lipsticks. The pigment is really good, but I personally want lipsticks that really last all day, so I'm quite disappointed that the formula hasn't improved over the years. I usually use this as a lipliner, otherwise it doesn't turn out as good and long-lasting.

    Nice color but cracks

    I bought the black one and the color is really nice and it feels good on the lips, but the formula cracks quite quickly and it doesn't help to apply more. For the price and the brand, I expected more, especially when there are so many other cheap brands that don't have the same problem with their formula.
