Soft Eye Liner is an exceptionally durable eyeliner that is easy to apply, thanks to its creamy and smooth texture. As soon as it dries, it is also waterproof and smudge-free! Can be blended for softer lines. Contains natural antioxidants and vitamin E. Perfume-free.

Use:
Step 1: Apply along the upper lash line, from the inner corner of the eye and out.
Step 2: Be sure to put the lid on properly to make the pen stay soft.
Step 3: If you need to sharpen the pen, we recommend Sharpener Magic Liner.
