    The best eyebrow color

    This eyebrow color sets incredibly fast, so you have to be quick if you don't want too dark brows! I have the color on for 4 minutes myself. For me, who loves dark brows, this color is perfect, and it lasts a good while. It fades a bit over time, and I wouldn't say it lasts 6 weeks as described, hence 4 instead of 5 stars.⭐️Still, it is veeery economical in use, and you get many treatments from 1 tube! I color my brows once a week if I want the intense color for special occasions, or every other week. #lykoreview #konkurranseinflutester

    Light brown is rather dark brown

    I bought the color light brown since I usually bleach and dye my brows to get softer facial features. Had this color on for about 1 minute after bleaching and they became even darker than my natural brow color, i.e. almost black.. was however very easy to mix but was so disappointed with the color and that I now have to redo the process with another color :(

    Will buy Refectocil for life!

    I really think that 3 neutral brown is the perfect shade of brown because it has such a fantastic neutral tone in the color! It might be a bit dark for the first few days, but I actually have very light eyebrows (can be seen in the upper picture before I plucked them), so with a little growth I still think the brows are defined. I try to dye my brows about once a month, and I think it turns out well. Between the pictures, I think there is about 3 weeks since the last dyeing. I find it easiest to mix and apply the product to the brows with the help of an eyebrow brush. I have a brush that is solely intended for dyeing. I mix the color with equal parts of refectocils oxidant liquid. It has lasted forever, but the day it runs out, I want to try their oxidant cream. The mixture should be creamy, without lumps. Then I apply an even thick layer to the eyebrows so that all the hair strands get color. I usually tidy up the shape with cotton swabs so it gets less messy. After about 10 minutes of the color sitting, I take a wet cotton pad and wipe the color from the beginning of the eyebrow out towards the temple and make sure there is no color left. I also usually pluck the brows afterwards. It can be good to know that it can stain the skin, but for me, it’s enough to wash thoroughly with warm water and soap a few times, and it’s usually gone. I guess this varies for different skin types how much sticks to the skin. The color obviously doesn’t wash off from hair strands and can stain other things it comes into contact with, so it’s important to be careful. In the picture, I have also dyed the lashes with refectocils 2 blue black.

    Burning in the eyes

    Unfortunately, I don't think the color sticks well to either the eyebrows or the eyelashes. I have very fine hair strands but quite bushy eyebrows anyway.

STEP 1: Preparation

  • Remove contact lenses.
  • Clean the eye-area with our oilfree, lash strengthening RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover.
  • Use RefectoCil Saline Solution to remove residues and achieve optimum results.
  • Use RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Skin Protection Cream and Eye protection papers according to instructions.


STEP 2: Mix & Apply

  • Immediately before tinting mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream into a creamy paste.
  • Afterwards apply to brows and lashes.


STEP 3: Application time

  • Lashes: 10 minutes.

Tips & Tricks

  • If RefectoCil Blonde Brow has been previously used, the application time is shortened by 1-5 minutes, with RefectoCil Eyelash Curl it’s shortened to 2 minutes.
  • Allergy test: We recommend an allergy test (patch test) before the first application as well as after long periods without tinting.
