I have the color on for 4 minutes myself. For me, who loves dark brows, this color is perfect, and it lasts a good while. It fades a bit over time, and I wouldn't say it lasts 6 weeks as described, hence 4 instead of 5 stars.⭐️Still, it is veeery economical in use, and you get many treatments from 1 tube! This is it! 🤎✨ Very satisfied with these products from RefectoCil! Gives a nice color and works incredibly fast. A little tip from my own experience: Be careful how long you leave the color on, as it colors quickly and can easily become a bit too dark. 👀 If the accident happens, I have a little rescue tip: try applying some RefectoCil Oxidant liquid on a cotton pad and gently wipe over the area. Not this one. 😊 I bought a small glass jar and a wooden stick that I use. I let the mixture sit for about 20 minutes if I have time, because I find the color lasts longer then. I leave it on the brows for about 3 minutes, it goes fast. I’d say it’s a neutral brown. I’m blonde and probably actually have blonde eyebrows, but I’ve tinted my brows for many many years, so who knows how they look naturally now, haha... On me, almost nothing sticks to the skin except the nails, which I need to rinse quickly if color gets on them, so I don’t have to be overly careful. After a couple of days it’s gone. I’ve tried both gel and liquid hydrogen peroxide but don’t think it makes much difference, so I go with the liquid. I have a harder time getting my lashes really black (have used the black color on them sometimes) so I gave up and do them with this brown when I’ve mixed color anyway. It probably lasts about 3 weeks, I tint about once a month. However, I was very unpleasantly surprised when it turned out that the tint also requires an activator, which is not included in the set and must be purchased separately 😅, which I did not expect because the price is already quite high for eyebrow henna, but oh well…🙈 As for durability, the tint is indeed durable and lasts a bit longer than other tints I have tested so far. Lasts long on brows and lashes, and a small tube lasts a long time. I would say over 1 year, and I color twice a month. Easy and quick to use, and I haven't noticed any irritation on my sensitive skin. Since I switched to these, I haven't bought any other color. Ingredients
Especially recommended for tinting eyelashes and eyebrows of clients who have black or dark brown hair – for the most beautiful black styles!
- Pure black lashes and brows
- Mixable with all 8 RefectoCil tints
- Smudge- and waterproof
- Lasts 6 weeks
STEP 1: Preparation
- Remove contact lenses.
- Clean the eye-area with our oilfree, lash strengthening RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover.
- Use RefectoCil Saline Solution to remove residues and achieve optimum results.
- Use RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Skin Protection Cream and Eye protection papers according to instructions.
STEP 2: Mix & Apply
- Immediately before tinting mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream into a creamy paste.
- Afterwards apply to brows and lashes.
STEP 3: Application time
- Lashes: 10 minutes.
- Brows: 10 minutes.
STEP 4: Ready!
- Remove by using cotton wool pads and water.
Tips & Tricks
- If RefectoCil Blonde Brow has been previously used, the application time is shortened by 1-5 minutes, with RefectoCil Eyelash Curl it’s shortened to 2 minutes.
- Allergy test: We recommend an allergy test (patch test) before the first application as well as after long periods without tinting.
