Plant-based nail polish What does that mean? Its cleaner formula is made from natural and renewable raw materials, such as manioc, potato, cotton and maize. As a result, petrochemical solvents are replaced with plant-based alternatives.

And as for toxic nasties, our PURE color range is free from paraben, toluene, dibutyl phthalate, formaldehyde, xylene, styrene, camphor, resin of formaldehyde, benzophenone-1 and nanoparticles.

Perfect manicure

Before you start, remove any old polish and then wash hands and dry thoroughly. Make sure your phone is within reach – a sudden desire to Instagram your manicure may overcome you, and fishing your mobile out of your bag is sure to ruin the result!

1. First up: a layer of base coat. No cheating – this step is the foundation for your color and is not to be skipped!
2. Apply one coat of Elsa in just three brushstrokes: one in the centre followed by one either side. Leave a millimetre gap between the cuticle and polish. This pro-technique is easy thanks to our wide brush.
3. One coat of color will do the trick, but add a second coat for a more opaque result.
4. Top coat required? It’s not obligatory, but it’ll give your color a super glossy, long-wear finish, so we recommend it! Add an extra coat 24 hours later for even longer wear.

- Gloopy, dried out polish? Dilute with a transparent base coat to extend its shelf life or, quite simply, buy a new bottle and add a bit of that to finish it all up with zero waste!
