Shine, softness, and defined curls – wow! ✨
I have curly hair that easily gets dry and frizzy, so I was super excited to try Matrix Glow Mania! Already after the first use, I noticed that my hair had a really nice shine and felt much softer. The curls had more definition and looked healthier, without feeling heavy or greasy. I wash my hair once a week, and my hair didn’t look greasy at all in the last few days, as it sometimes can with certain shampoos 😊 I think the shampoo smells great! The scent is wonderful – fresh grapefruit scent 🍊 The packaging also feels very nice and luxurious on the bathroom shelf. After a few uses, my hair feels more moisturized and shiny, and I’ve received several compliments on how healthy it looks. Did not suit my hair
I have tested the shampoo from the Matrix Glow Mania series for a few weeks as #lykotestpilot ✨ My hair is colored, quite thick but with fine strands, a scalp that quickly gets oily, and ends that are a bit worn. The packaging is nice and the scent is super fresh!🍋 Unfortunately, I found that the shampoo did not clean enough for my hair type, my hair didn't feel quite as clean as I wish after a shower (which is very important for me) and already after a few days it felt greasy again. However, my hair color has held up really well. Positively Surprised
I have tested the entire series from Matrix Glow Mania: shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in spray for a couple of weeks. Already after the first wash, my hair felt cleaner and lighter, but at the same time very soft. The shampoo lathers just the right amount and feels mild, yet effective. The conditioner has a slightly creamier consistency and made it super easy to detangle my hair without it feeling heavy or flat. The leave-in spray (Glow Gatekeeper) quickly became my favorite! It gives a nice shine and also works as heat protection. The scent is sweet and a bit luxurious, I love it! I also noticed that my hair color looked clearer and fresher for longer, especially the ends that usually become dull between dyeing. My hair feels supple and shiny without getting greasy quickly. Pros + Gives nice shine and softness without weighing down. + Smells salon-fresh and luxurious. + Hair feels light and airy after washing. + The leave-in spray contains heat protection. Pretty okay series
I have now been a test pilot for the Matrix color mania series for a few weeks 🤩 The red bottles are nice and stand firmly on their caps, they have a simple but good design. The first thing that struck me when using it was that they smelled really good, I have a hard time putting my finger on exactly what they smelled like, but a bit of grapefruit, fresh and not too sweet. 😍 It's easy to wash the hair clean, at least if you don't have too many hair products in beforehand. Then I needed to wash twice. The conditioner wasn't as slippery as regular conditioners often are, which I actually appreciated. It felt easy to rinse out. Unfortunately, I didn't get any WOW feeling from this series, it didn't do much for my hair. Maybe it just didn't suit my hair type. I have thin, somewhat dry hair that needs more moisture and repair. I experienced that my hair became greasier than it usually does with my other shampoos and conditioners. Already the same day it could look a bit dull. That's something you don't want. Fresh series
I had the honor of being a tester for Matrix's new series Glow Mania with shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in spray. The first impression was a very fresh but distinct citrus scent, I thought it was almost too much at first. Otherwise, I like sweet and "soft" scents in hair care. But after using the series for a while, I like it more and more. When you massage the shampoo in, it feels cooling on the scalp, which is very nice. However, it doesn't feel like the hair gets as clean as I would have liked, I experience that the hair gets greasy pretty quickly again - but I guess it's individual how the hair is. The conditioner is smooth and light and also has a very fresh scent. The hair feels lively, very light, and has gotten a nice shine! The leave-in spray makes the hair easy to comb out and makes the hair soft and silky, not to mention the shine - wow! 🤩 The pictures have slightly different lighting, the first is before I tested the products - I still think I see a difference in that the hair is more lively afterwards! I got to test the Matrix Glow series with shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in for a few weeks – and wow! ✨ The shampoo lathers easily, and my hair feels smooth right after washing, which I rarely experience otherwise. The scent is super fresh with a hint of lemon 🍋 The shampoo isn’t too strong in scent or for the hair, which feels pretty good if you have a sensitive scalp. I had the chance to be a test pilot for Matrix glow mania. For me, the product was quite good, but there are better ones. I have had the opportunity to be #lykotestpilot for a few weeks for shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in conditioner in this series from #matrix. I have been thinking about buying this series myself as it sounds interesting for my bleached, colored, and frizzy hair with a normal scalp. ✅The shampoo smells fresh of citrus ✅Lathers just right ✅Reasonable price ✅Good packaging ❌Shampoo and conditioner do not smell the same ❌I have a hard time washing out, for example, hairspray, wash 2 times but don’t quite get the "squeaky clean" feeling I want, instead it feels like a lot of focus is on moisture (probably better suited for drier scalps) ❌The product promises "diamond-like shine" as well as "improved and more vibrant color shine", but I don’t see any major difference with the naked eye 🆗Since I haven’t had time to test the shampoo for a longer period, I unfortunately can’t determine if the color stays nice longer than normal. ❌Overall, I am quite disappointed with the series as Matrix has been my favorite brand in hair care for many years. Fresh shampoo!
I got the chance to be a test pilot for this product line. I have medium-thick hair with fine strands. I also have a bit of a sensitive scalp that can get dry/itchy sometimes, but I didn't react badly to the shampoo. The shampoo didn't dry out my hair, but it felt like my hair got greasy pretty quickly. Gave a very nice shine to my hair just as promised. My hair feels soft & smooth in combination with the conditioner & leave-in conditioner. ✨ Smart packaging ✨ Smells good of citrus ✨ Lathers well in the hair ✨ Hair feels fresh and clean ❌ Hair gets a bit flat and no volume The shampoo worked well and delivered what it promised, but it's not a new super favorite. A pretty okay shampoo!
As a test pilot, I have now used Matrix Glow Mania Color Protecting Shampoo at every wash for a couple of weeks, and this is my impression after repeated uses. 🫧 Briefly about my hair: straight and quite fine, bleached, and the lengths easily become dry. 🧡 Scent and usage The shampoo smells fresh and distinctly of citrus, it’s not too strong of a scent so it’s fine to use whatever body cream or perfume you want afterwards without it becoming a weird mix. The consistency is creamy, it lathers up well and is easy to distribute through the hair. It doesn’t weigh down my fine hair structure, which is a big plus. 🧡 Feel after washing After rinsing, the hair feels clean, airy, and definitely fresh. I find that the lengths don’t become particularly soft or rehydrated by the shampoo alone since my ends tend to get dry, it requires a good conditioner or a mask afterwards to get the moisture back. In that way, the shampoo does what you expect from an everyday shampoo: cleanses without making the hair frizzy. 🧡 Color preserving and shine Matrix markets the product as color preserving with ingredients like glycolic acid and rosehip oil to provide shine. After a few weeks of use, I haven’t noticed any significant difference in color preserving effect or any dramatic increase in shine. The hair looks clean and well cared for, but the wow shine that is promised is not noticeable on me. 🧡 Summary This is a good, fresh, and easy-to-use shampoo. For me with bleached hair and slightly dry lengths, it’s not enough as a standalone solution for rehydrating or providing significantly more shine. I have had the chance to try #lykotestpilot the matrix glowmania series for a few weeks with shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in spray. I have frizzy and dry hair with curls, and I often straighten my natural hair. My first impression was that it was a very handy bottle. The scent is very fresh with a citrus smell, for me it’s not a favorite, but it definitely smells good! It took a couple of weeks before I got used to this conditioner, I felt that my hair felt rough after use and got greasy quickly. Shiny & Healthy Hair
I have had the honor of testing the Matrix glow series with shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in for a few weeks now. The shampoo lathers up easily, and you don’t need to use that much product. I also think that my hair already feels smooth after the shampoo, I usually don’t feel that with my regular one. The scent: super fresh with a citrus scent that lingers even when you come out of the shower🍋 Product info: Shampoo: is supposed to gently cleanse the hair and preserve the hair's color and shine I really think the product lives up to what it promises. My hair becomes super soft, shiny, and easier to detangle. The pictures are taken in slightly different lighting, but I still think you can see what a fantastic shine my hair has gotten after using this series.
