Good basic scrub in a slightly firmer gel consistency.

Stumbled upon this by pure chance when my usual shampoo was sold out. First time trying a solid shampoo, and I’m not disappointed! I have a very sensitive and dry scalp, and most shampoos, even more expensive brands, make it itch and flake something terrible. I also have long and thick hair that easily gets frizzy. The first shower I was a bit skeptical since this shampoo doesn’t lather. But oh, how satisfied I was afterward! This requires a bit more scrubbing both in and out, but cleanses while being gentle on the hair. Much less itching and frizz now! Bonus: I have a son with autism who has hated washing his hair from the bottom of his heart, as even the slightest lather in his eyes ruins his mood for the rest of the week. Previously, I more or less had to force him to wash his hair, but after switching to this shampoo, he has even started doing it completely on his own. Since it doesn’t lather, it hardly stings if he gets it in his eyes.

I have sensitive gums, often get canker sores (small nasty, terribly painful but non-contagious sores on the gums) and have avoided the substance SLS and some other things in toothpaste for many years😊 Sometimes I use fluoride-free toothpaste where I switch between different ones, this is one! It claims to be able to make teeth whiter, which almost every brand compulsively claims, something I never believe in😉 White toothpaste with small (polishing?) grains. Tastes only a little salty, nothing else I think. Teeth feel very clean afterwards! I was born with yellow teeth, and unfortunately no toothpaste in the world can change that😢 so mine look the same after using this regularly for a few months, but for me the main thing is that they feel clean, that it tastes ok and doesn’t cause new canker sores (like some other toothpastes can do😬).
