A high-pigmented pencil to fill, shade and color for precise defined brows. The waterproof, lightweight formula will softly color each brow hair without smudging or use to create individual hair-like strokes to replicate real hairs for natural-looking, defined arches.
Turn the base of the pencil to set desired pin length, use the sharpener at the other end of the pencil if necessary. Apply along the brow bones to define, fill and tone.
