I always have problems with my makeup breaking up and getting cakey, but this setting spray is probably the craziest thing I've ever tried. It looks EXACTLY the same the WHOLE day. Not patchy or cakey anywhere and I don't get any creasing either, which I always do. Urban Decay and everything else can throw themselves at the wall😍😍😍

What is this?
Naaah, not my thing. I had expected great support after various good reviews on different sites, so I thought I’d give it a try. Not only did I get a shower, but it was very wet for a while after spraying, so I had to help out by drying a bit. I’ve tested it as a base after primer and of course after makeup. The makeup stays - yes, but there’s something in the spray that makes it feel heavy (?) on the face. The pictures don’t do the moisture justice, it was SOAKED after one spray. I like a lot of other things from NYX, but unfortunately, this one doesn’t make the cut.

  Hey Claudia Amanda 🌞 Thank you for your honest review! The Face Glue is really made for super strong hold, but it can get a bit wet if you use too much. To get a lighter feel, it can be good to shake the bottle well and spray from a distance, so you get an even mist. If you want something that feels lighter and dries more matte, the Matte Finish spray might be a better alternative 🥰 All the best!

The face glue settingspray
This dries out my skin properly and my makeup unfortunately looks dry and cakey. The mist is good, the packaging is small, and the liquid separates, so it's important to shake it well before spraying. I had high expectations for this but it didn't suit my taste, however, I will see if it works better when it gets a bit warmer outside. Face glue setting spray
This was very good, it does what it’s supposed to, smells like nothing, and is really good to combine with Face glue primer. Melts nicely into the skin.

Shower?!
The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson - the test pilot was allowed to try the product for free. Unfortunately, the spray does not work to distribute the product sufficiently. I got a wet shower in the face instead. It doesn't become even like a mist as I had expected, but the experience is therefore that you risk making the makeup uneven during application. Something made me feel a bit of a chemical sensation from the product. Unfortunately, it was not for me.

New favorite
I have oily skin, but this setting spray still works really well for me. It helps the makeup last longer throughout the day and makes everything melt together nicely so that the makeup looks more natural. The spray feels light on the skin and doesn't make the face feel heavy or extra oily. I also notice that the makeup stays better and doesn't disappear as quickly. Affordable product
Good product but I compared it with Urban Decay and think that UD holds the makeup longer. Therefore, this one from NYX is affordable but I don't feel like I get the same effect even though this one holds the makeup for up to 24 hours. Nothing to complain about
This setting spray works really well to set the makeup. The spray is finely distributed and easy to apply all over the face without feeling wet or heavy. It helps to keep the makeup in place throughout the day and gives a more cohesive and natural result. I also found that the skin had a light fresh finish without becoming too shiny. Good durability, a bit drying
