Magic & Glow ✨
I have to start by saying that the packaging is incredibly cute and the scent itself is magical! It’s only a scent that you feel when you use the product, which then disappears as soon as you wash it off. Very pleasant to massage in and then let it sit for a minute. Easy to wash off! Leaves the skin incredibly soft, smooth, clean, and filled with glow ✨ I have tried quite a few peels in my day and would absolutely say that this is at the top! Right now, it’s my favorite ❤️ I would say that I have sensitive skin and am used to acids, but I still got a little red during the first uses, so if you have sensitive skin and know that your skin can get a little red from acids, I recommend scrubbing the skin and washing it off right away and not letting it sit on the first times, and then increasing the time as your skin gets used to it a bit 👏 The glow you woke up with in the morning was fantastic 🫶 wow is all I can say! Good peeling, but nothing more than that
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of testing two products from #olehenriksen ✨️ I have tried other products from Ole Henriksen before, but no exfoliation. This test period was shorter than others, so these are my thoughts after using the product about 6 times. The product is supposed to provide a more even skin texture with the help of both acid and scrub. You should massage the product into damp skin, let it work for a couple of minutes, and then rinse off. The grains are small, but they scrub well, which feels a bit tricky. It's hard to be careful with scrubs on the face and rather stick to exfoliation in the form of acids. Dead skin cells, however, disappear well and leave a nice glow! The skin doesn't feel tight afterward. The exfoliation smells like summer! The consistency is cooling and lovely. The tube contains a lot of product and brightens up the bathroom cabinet with its strong color! For my part, I would have preferred if the product was without grains and fragrance-free to be suitable for all skin types, as I would think it might be a bit too intense for sensitive skin. However, it works fine for my combination skin without irritation when used 3 times a week. I do have other exfoliating products that I prefer over this one.Translated from swedish

I have combination skin with hormonal breakouts now and then, I often struggle with stubborn pores around my chin and nose. I received this nice product sent home to test and immediately became curious! 👀 For some time now, I have been cautious with physical/mechanical peeling as I have been more of a fan of chemical peeling, and it felt for a while like the whole internet said no to anything that had to do with physical peeling 😆 But many years ago, SkinFoods black sugar scrub was my absolute favorite, so I had my suspicions that a sugar scrub could become a favorite again! This smells fantastic, really a clear mix of citrus and fresh berries! 🥺🍓 2 times a week worked super for me, I used it in the shower and let it work while I washed my hair. I don't have particularly sensitive skin, but I could feel that this one takes a bit, but in the best way! Fresh and Silky Smooth Skin
This scrub has a lovely and sweet scent of strawberries. It feels good on the skin and blends well in contact with water. I think my skin became both softer, smoother, and more radiant. I also really liked how it minimizes the visibility of sebaceous filaments. The only downside is that I experienced my skin feeling a bit dry after use. I have had the chance to test this peeling/scrub from Ole Henriksen for 2 weeks. Below is my review 🍓 🍋 MY SKIN - I have combination skin, so I feel that I am basically dry, but I almost always end up getting oily easily. - I often get pimples and clogged pores, so I get acne quite easily. - I have sensitive skin from time to time. 🍋 PLUS - Very easy to use. - Smells incredibly good (and a lot, this is a personal preference, but for me this is a plus) - Leaves the skin very soft and smooth afterwards - I feel that it cleans deeply 🍋 MINUS - So far, I don't have much negative to say about this, I think it works great for me. The only thing I can think of at the moment is that the price is a bit higher than what I usually spend on a face scrub. Which leads me to not completely feel it is worth the price, but that does not affect my final rating. 🍋 IN SUMMARY This scrub is more like a hybrid between scrub and chemical peeling, and it is the first time I am testing that combination in one product. My first spontaneous impression was that I was a bit worried about whether I could use this since I am generally a bit sensitive. My skin easily turns red when using only chemical peelings, and this product is therefore chemical and has grains. The grains are not super coarse, and I do not perceive them as "scratching" like some scrubs can be on the skin, so I am positively surprised! I do not feel that this has been so intense that my skin could not handle it, but on the contrary. I have the impression that it has cleaned my skin nicely and facilitated my skincare routine. I have applied this in the evening, after cleansing, and let it sit for about 2 minutes and then rinsed it off, it has worked great. It is worth mentioning that it is extra important to use sun protection after using products in this category! Smells so good!
It literally smells like strawberry Hubba Bubba gum, so nostalgic! 🍓 The scrub has really small grains that are barely visible, but you can definitely feel them on your skin. 🍓My skin isn’t very sensitive and I didn’t have any reaction to it, but I only used it twice a week, which felt like just the right amount. 🍓 After using it, my skin felt smooth, glowy, and freshly exfoliated. I especially like using it on days when I wear makeup, it feels like it really helps clean my skin. 🍓 The only downside is that it’s a bit hard to rinse off. It takes time to remove all the tiny grains. I found myself using a bit too much pressure, which made it feel a little harsh, almost like I was over-exfoliating just from trying to wash it off. I've been so lucky to test this for a few weeks now. I have combination skin, very oily in the T-zone and a bit dry elsewhere. I thought this was very good for me and my skin! I liked that the "scrub grains" were small. Often I feel they become very large. I really like it. Smells good, and does a great job. A scrub you notice quick results with!
My skin is both dry and oily, with oily skin around my nose and chin, while my forehead often gets dry. I also experience redness in my skin and have a bit of bumpy skin. I have tested the Transform Strawberry Smoothing Scrub from Ole Henriksen, and I thought this face scrub was really nice. It made my skin soft, even after just a few uses. It helped with the dry skin on my forehead, and the peeling effect makes the skin look much nicer under makeup afterwards. I have slightly underestimated this, and I notice that this is something I really need going forward – and I think this scrub could be a good alternative. The scrub has a nicely grainy peeling effect, not too big or small grains. The consistency is very good, soft, but sticky, which makes it easy to apply (can be a bit difficult to rinse off). I applied it after I had moistened my face in the shower. Applied the scrub, let it sit for a bit, before I rubbed it off with a bit of water on my fingers. The scent is not my favorite scent, but it smells exactly as it says on the tube, namely strawberry lemonade. I usually like sweet scents, so I just don’t really know why this one didn’t appeal to me. But I think this is a matter of taste and doesn’t have much to say about the result. It doesn’t smell very strong anyway, and when the effect is so good, I feel it’s worth it. Lovely
I got the chance to test this scrub! I've only tried one product from this brand before, and I must say I was excited! My starting point is normal/dry skin, a bit on the drier side now. The packaging is really cute, and looks very nice in the bathroom 😍 The product smells very much of strawberry and lemon. The consistency is gel-like, with fine grains. It's pleasant to scrub with, and doesn't "tear" the skin. It gives a nice glow to the face and a fresh feeling. Unfortunately, I must admit that I'm not such a fan of strawberry scent in products that you put on your face, as I find it too cloying/sweet. The scent is only present when scrubbing, and doesn't linger on the skin. I could absolutely see myself trying the scrub with only lemon in the future!
