Easy to eat, like a dessert and ryr doesn't create a lot of crumbs, so no need to worry about that. I'm not really a “protein bar person” to be honest. I think 9 out of 10 bars have that aftertaste that I really dislike. This one is approved, I like the texture & that thing on top that gives some chew resistance. The fact that it's cheap is also a plus.
