Pixi Glow Tonic is one of those products I like when the skin feels a bit tired, dull, or just lacks that fresh feeling. I really think a good exfoliating toner can do a lot for how the skin feels and looks. What I like most is that the skin feels softer and fresher after use. I think it gives a nice glow and makes the skin feel more “just awake.” 🤍 Glow Tonic contains 5% glycolic acid, which exfoliates the skin and helps remove dead skin cells. I especially like to use it as an extra step a few times a week when I want to give the skin a bit more glow. The feeling is simple and smooth – cleansing first, toner afterwards, and then the rest of the skincare. I really like when an active product is so easy to incorporate into the routine. ✨ However, I think it’s important not to overdo the exfoliation. I prefer to start gently and let the skin get used to it, especially since glycolic acid can be quite active. This is mainly a product I bring out when I want the skin to feel smoother, fresher, and more radiant. And I think it fits perfectly on evenings when I want to make the skincare routine a bit more thoughtful. Have been using this for 6+ years. Can't live without it. Use it after cleansing my face both morning and night. Have tried other acid toners like REN or The Ordinary in periods, but then my skin gets bumpier and more prone to breakouts. Everything clears up as soon as I start using Pixi again.
