Dark brown review
I already dyed my worn-out hair with Palette's color. I already have gray hair, and it covered really well! 😊 I'm too scared to leave the color on for the recommended time, I wash it out about 5 minutes early, as my natural curly hair shows color so easily. I like the color and will definitely buy it again. The price is also affordable 😊

I had the opportunity to test this toning (shade 8-0) as a #lykotestpilot I have blonde and thick hair and was afraid that one package wouldn’t be enough, so I did highlights in the underhair. I took a comb with a point at the bottom and wove out strands that were applied and covered with butter paper (you take what you have The package contains everything you need, and I think the instructions are clear. The mixture smells a bit, even after it’s been rinsed out, but it doesn’t bother me much; most do that anyway. I had a lot of product in my hair before I started the procedure, so the underhair honestly looked almost like it does in the after photo (it looks darker with the stuff for curls and when you’re on day four), so I’m instead showing a picture from a few days earlier when the hair was freshly washed and fresher. I rinsed out the underhair before applying the product since it was product-filled. The application is then done on towel-dried hair. The result turned out nice, I think! Quite subtle, but I was just looking for shade variations here. Now I’ve had a bit of pink in color packs recently, so it’s possible the color would have been cooler otherwise, but I don’t see any shades of green at all. The hair feels soft, and we’ll see how long they last. I’m normally even blonder than this, and I think it’s nice to start the summer with a few different shades in the hair so it doesn’t get Barbie-blonde too quickly, and I think this is perfect for that! In the fall, I’ll probably get two more and do the whole hair! (Later addition: now I’ve tested the whole hair, and it turned out nice, but already after the first wash, a lot of the color disappeared. Not just a little in tone, but like with a color pack. Don't like this.
Got to test it through buzzador. But it wasn't something that appealed to me. Since I am a trained hairdresser, I have tested many shades and colors, but this one was very difficult to work with, the creamy consistency made it very sensitive to air bubbles in the tube, which caused it to spray color a bit here and there in the bathroom, incredibly hard to mix evenly in the bottle, would have worked better in a bowl with a brush. Due to the thick creamy consistency, I would have needed at least 3 tubes for my hair, which is still not particularly thick but a bit longer, one bottle went just for the hair roots. Not to mention that the tube cracked in my hand... But sure, it covered gray hair nicely and it didn't drip once it was in place in the hair, and was very easy to remove from the skin.Translated from swedish

Uneven result
I had the opportunity to test this toner 4-0, demi-permanent, Dark Brown. Unfortunately, my hair structure did not accept the toning color. Only half of the product stuck to my hair. The result was also uneven, a darker color on top and almost colorless at the ends. :( #PaletteToningFI

Covers well - also colored hair

Use:
ATTENTION, PLEASE NOTE
Before application, please read the SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS on the back side of
the instruction leaflet carefully.
1 PREPARATION
Before starting the application, place a clothing protection and a watch nearby
so that you can monitor the application time. Palette Intensive Toning Color Creme is to be used on damp, towel-dry hair.
2 MIXING
1. Unscrew the cap of the applicator bottle.
2. Open the Color Cream by piercing the tube seal with the reverse of the cap.
Press the whole content of the tube into the applicator bottle.
3. Close the bottle again and shake vigorously until all components are thoroughly mixed.
4. Break off the applicator tip and proceed with the application immediately.
ATTENTION: The color of the mixture of some shades changes during the application process. This has no impact on the color result.
3 APPLICATION
Palette Intensive Toning Color Creme contains shampoo ingredients, so it is not
necessary to wash hair prior to application. Simply dampen hair thoroughly and
gently dry.
3A FIRST TIME APPLICATION
This application is recommended if
• you are coloring your hair for the first time, or
• your previous hair color has totally grown out, i.e. no re-growth can be seen.
Apply the prepared coloration mixture strand after strand directly from the applicator bottle on damp hair then distribute it evenly to ensure all hair is evenly covered. Allow the coloration mixture to work for 30 minutes.
3B RE-GROWTH APPLICATION
This application is recommended if
• your hair is already colored and a re-growth is visible, or
• your hair tips are darker or in poor condition.
Apply about 2/3 of the coloration mixture only on the re-growth area.
For this, make a parting with the top of the applicator bottle and apply the mixture evenly along the parting into the roots with your fingertips (leave supplied gloves on). Repeat this procedure for the whole re-growth area. Allow the coloration mixture to work for 20 minutes. Apply the rest of the mixture in the whole hair and allow it to work for a further 10 minutes.
4 RINSING
At the end of the application time, apply warm water to the hair and work into
lather. Then rinse out thoroughly until water runs clear.
5 AFTER TREATMENT
As a subsequent care treatment, apply the Caring Balm with naturally derived
apricot seed oil and vegan keratin alternative into the wet hair. Allow to work for
2 minutes and then rinse out thoroughly. The treatment leaves hair feeling smooth and looking vibrant and shiny.
