Adjustment period after summer break
I have used retinal 1-3-6 for about 2 months each, but took a break during the summer (May->). So, please start with your last used strength (e.g. 3), but use it 2 times/week at first, then gradually increase to every evening if your skin tolerates it. If you feel uncertain or have reactions, it might be wise to temporarily go back to strength 1. Also, don’t forget SPF during the day – retinal makes the skin sun-sensitive. These two products can be used together in a routine, but it requires the right setup to avoid irritation since both are active 💜 Start with alternating use, so every other night to avoid overloading the skin. If your skin tolerates it, start with Mela B3 after cleansing and let it fully absorb before applying the Retinal and finish with a moisturizing cream. Don't forget SPF during the day, super important!! 🥰

Skincare Routine
Hey! I have a routine with elixir acticlear, elixir niactil, cosrx comfort ceramide cream, and cerave hydrating cleanser (also elixir sulfactil cleanser a couple of nights a week and dermalogica daily microfoliant a couple of nights). Can I use the medik8 cream in the evening and the elixir products in the morning? Or will it be too strong for the skin? Like the Acticlear products and sulfactil, for example. It's hard to say how it is to apply the COSRX comfort cream afterwards, I recommend you to try it out to see if it works for your skin. Use:
