Multifunctional favorite β€οΈ
Those of you who have seen my posts before (feel free to follow me!) know that I am completely sold on Spanish Niche Beauty Lab π§ͺ β and this is the reason, "boven", the reasonβ¦ THE REASON! This product is worth its weight in gold for my dry, sensitive cheeks that easily flare up with rosacea β and that many times cannot handle active ingredients like acids without flaring up significantly afterward. But this one? WOW! I started cautiously (a few evenings a week on cleansed and dry skin) but now use it both morning and night β‘ it has NOT given me any irritation at all! It works against premature skin aging and really reduces both redness and those little red spots that can appear when the skin is out of balance - like after a full day at a soccer tournament in a cap instead of a sun hat that one should have worn ππ The consistency is very light, and if you need more moisture, itβs fine to layer a clean moisture serum over it. I use it directly after toner/essence β with cream and/or UV protection over. Tip for extra sensitive skin: mix it with the cream at the beginning! Azid is fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, and combines active ingredients - 15% azelaic acid with soothing colloidal oatmeal and barrier-strengthening ceramides β a really nice balance that makes it both gentle and effective π₯ It really feels like a treatment for the skin β even for everyday use! A personal favorite right now π Thank you for letting me try it! #theramid #nichebeautylab #testbylykoTranslated from swedish

Melasma
Hi! Can this help reduce melasma? I currently use retinal and niacinamide but want to complement it with something more.Translated from swedish
1165 views- Customer service at Lyko2 weeksHey Petra! So lovely that youβre already using both retinal and niacinamide β two superheroes for skin tone and texture π And yes, Theramid Azid Azelaic Acid 15% can absolutely be a great complement! Azelaic acid is a well-studied ingredient when it comes to reducing the visibility of melasma, dark spots, and redness. It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial properties and helps to even out skin tone β without being too strong for sensitive skin π A few things to keep in mind π Donβt use it at the same time as retinal β for example, use azelaic acid in the morning and retinal in the evening SPF every day is a must βοΈ β especially with melasma and when youβre actively working with active ingredients Start gently, 2β3 times/week, and gradually increase Take care β¨

Very nice product!
Got nice results quickly with this product. I haven't had any major issues with my skin, just a few small bumps on my forehead and a little uneven skin tone, but that's like gone. I will now always have this product in my routine!Translated from swedish

Which one should I choose?
I'm currently using The Ordinary's 10% azelaic acid but want to try something new. I'm torn between this one or Anua's, I have dry/combination skin. Which one should I go for?Translated from norwegian

Routine
Hey, I have sensitive and dry/external dry skin with bumps on my cheeks. My routine now consists only of gentle cleansing and thick face cream, this works to keep the skin calm and free of pimples. At the slightest change in routine, I immediately get pimples and/or blemishes. Can I add this to my routine to treat the bumps on my cheeks, and if so, where and how is the cream used in my routine?Translated from swedish
2375 views- Customer service at Lyko1 monthHey S! π Azelaic Acid (15%) is an excellent choice for treating bumps, evening out skin tone, and reducing inflammation. Since your skin is sensitive and can react easily, it's best to start cautiously and test the product slowly. I recommend starting to use Azelaic Acid 2-3 times a week and then gradually increasing if your skin tolerates it well. If you feel any irritation, you can reduce usage and give your skin time to adjust π§Ό Another product I highly recommend for bumps is Dermalogica Skin Health Daily Microfoliant 13 g, a gentle yet effective exfoliant that works wonders for the skin and has become a big favorite of mine! Hope this helps and that your skin is doing well! Take care! π©·1 likes

How should I use it?
Hello, how should it be applied? Alone, in a routine, or with a special other product? I would use it for my acne scarsTranslated from german
2001 views- Skin therapist at Lyko4 weeksHi Jesper! You use Azid as a serum. Start with 1 time a day, if you are not sensitive, then itβs fine to use both morning and evening. Good to combine with Niacinamide Glow Cream on top and donβt forget UV protection. Good luck β¨

Definitely give it a try
If you're hesitating because of the price: it's worth it! I've only been using it for 14 days, and my skin looks better than it has in years! I've tried EVERYTHING, nothing has improved my skin like this product (except for prescription products with antibiotics). I have hormonal acne and pigmentation spots, and both are clearly improving. Pimples heal better, no new ones are coming, and even my pigmentation issues have already gotten much better. My skin looks finer and more even than it has in years. The 1st week I had a definite purging and many pimples, but from the 2nd week on, it noticeably decreased. I use Theramid Acid as directed in the morning and evening and about every other evening with retinol, and I'm surprised every morning at how good my skin looks!Translated from german

1668 views- Customer service at Lyko1 monthHey there, lovely you! π So great that youβre checking β itβs always wise to be a little extra careful with what you use during pregnancy πΈ Theramid Azid Azelaic Acid 15% contains azelaic acid, which is considered a safe ingredient to use during pregnancy πβ¨ It works both soothing and balancing β perfect for hormonal skin that suddenly starts behaving a bit differently π But β we always recommend double-checking with a midwife or doctor before starting new products, just to be completely sure π Wishing you a lovely day ahead!1 likes

AMAziing!
This is seriously one of the BEST products I have ever tried!! I have tested so much for skincare, everything from the ordinary, paulas choice, Anua, Kiehls, Cosrx, la Roche posay etc., but NOTHING has done the job like this serum. I saw fantastic results in a week. The serum is like an eraser for PIE and redness in the face. My skin has never been softer, and my skin tone has never been more even. This is definitely a product I will always buy time and time again, and highly recommend! If you feel like you have tried everything to reduce breakouts, redness, and PIE but nothing has worked, then this serum is something you should definitely try!Translated from norwegian

NICHE BEAUTY LABTheramidAzid Azelaic Acid 15% Treatment 30 ml
A Ceramide-enriched treatment designed to replenish the skin with long-lasting hydration. Also used to strengthen the skinβs protective barrier for deeply moisturized, softened and protected skin.
Ceramides are lipids (fats) naturally present in the skin. They are essential to support the skin's barrier function, maintain optimal hydration levels and protect against the entry of microorganisms. Over time, the number of ceramides present in our skin that keep it healthy and protected starts to decrease, causing it to become dry, reactive or irritated.
Ceramide Treatment, powered with 3% of pure ceramides and 1% Ectoin, helps restore optimal skin hydration levels. This results in reinforcing the skin's barrier function to prevent transepidermal water loss. Thus, providing long-lasting hydration, preventing dryness, and protecting the skin against external aggressors responsible for premature skin aging.
Apply daily morning and night on a previously cleansed face. Massage gently with fingertips until completely absorbed. You can apply it alone or combine it with your favorite serum or moisturizer. In the morning, always apply sunscreen with protection 30 or higher.
