I've been using this for about a month now. I started slowly with about once a week, then two, and now I'm up to 3 times a week. It's so lovely to use and feels great on the skin. You need quite a bit of serum for it to glide on the skin. I use cosrx peptide serum, and their snail 96 as well as Dr Ceuracles white propolis. I feel like my lines have become a bit less visible, I also use products that have helped with that. But I think this has helped a lot with that. I also see a difference in my scars from acne that have faded a bit. I think it has also moisturized and given a glow after I've used it. I'm not saying it's a miracle cure, but I think it has helped in my quest for a nicer and more even skin 🤗 My skin is combination with a tendency to oily skin in the t-zone and dry on the cheeks and around the nose. I have fine lines on my forehead, around my eyes, and at my mouth. Nothing I want to get rid of, but I don't mind if they are less visible 😜 I've had acne but have almost completely gotten rid of it thanks to isotretinoin. I have larger pores on my forehead, on and around my nose, and on my chin. They have become less visible with the right products. Hi I bought this for my mom as a Christmas gift and we've tried charging it for several hours but it goes from blinking red to a steady red color. And as soon as I take it off the charger, it works for a few seconds / max a minute then it turns off and needs to be charged again? Charger
Hi. It's a bit hopeless that there's no power adapter included with this. When I charge it with the ones I have at home, it cuts out shortly after being charged when I try to use it again, and the battery blinks red. What power adapter should be used? How many volts etc. for it to charge as it should? Mine was a birthday gift from my brother 2 years ago now. It might be that the battery can't charge anymore either. It blinks red when it's charging, but when it doesn't charge anymore, it just shows a red battery mark but doesn't blink. Many of these products require a simple USB charger with 5V and 1-2A, and some fast chargers can unfortunately cause issues over time. The fact that it blinks red while charging but never turns green could mean that it can’t fully charge anymore. When it just lights up red and doesn’t blink, it indicates that it’s out of power and can’t proceed in the charging process. So exciting ✨ I think you should start a little slow with, for example, the red light and get your skin used to it for about 5 minutes a day 2-3 times a week and then increase gradually. Then you can choose if you want to use all the lights in the same routine, maybe on different areas - for example, if you feel a pimple on G, then you use blue there. Good luck 🤍

How do you get it to ”glide” over the skin?
Hello! I just bought it, and I was thinking about how to get it to glide over the skin? And also, how should I know which program to use? I generally have good skin, which means I have some pores and a lot of bumps. I don’t use serum after washing my face, just wash and cream, simple as that! Positively Surprised
Was skeptical but had the opportunity to buy at a good price at the beginning of summer so I got tempted to try. Have been using the red product for almost 8 weeks and see a difference in my face, a bit firmer in general but more “sculpted” around the cheekbones in particular! Unfortunately, I haven't achieved much on the skin around my eyes regarding reducing wrinkles, I feel like it has even gotten a bit worse?
