    Hi. Used this for the first time today. I don't feel any vibration. Completely silent on both 1, 2, and 3. I see that others are saying it vibrates strongly already on level 1. Could there be something wrong with the product? Best, Linda

      Hi and thanks for the feedback! 🙌 There can be several reasons why you don't notice a clear vibration: -Microcurrents are not necessarily the same as noticeable vibration. Users have reported feeling little or nothing. -You need to use a water-based or well-conductive serum before use, otherwise the current may not be conducted optimally. -It is completely normal for sensitivity to vary — some feel a lot, others feel little. The device also works on a micron level and can be more subtle than expected. -Check that the device gives LED light and beeps when it is turned on — this indicates that it is working. If after proper preparation and use (cleansed skin + serum + pressure) you still feel no sensation at all, then it is reasonable to assume that the product may be defective — and then you can register the case as a complaint so that we can take the product in for a check 💪 Wishing you a nice day ahead 💓

    Feeling nothing

    I wonder if you should feel anything from this? I feel nothing when I use it and see others writing that it is «strong» even on level one, but I notice no difference on level one, two, or three. Could there be something wrong with the product I received?

    Is there a problem with the product?

    I think it is very strong, I use water-based serum, and when you massage with this product, the muscles pull and shake. The first time I used this, it started smoking in one eye, and I was scared because of this. Then I passed this over my forehead, and the muscles pulled from the head, and the days after I had pain like a pressure in my head. When I massaged under the cheeks, it hurt my teeth :( I don't know if it's just me or if it's common or if there's something wrong with the device.

    Hi, I tried to find information on whether this can be used every day or if it should be used a couple of times a week? I've used it three evenings now and I got very red the last time I used it, and the redness lasted a long time. It's quite strong on level one. Is it possible for the skin to become red?

      Hi Mariélle! It's not uncommon for the skin to become a little red right after the treatment as it is due to increased circulation. But if the redness persists for a long time, as you mentioned, it indicates that the skin has become a bit overstimulated, especially if you experience it already at level 1. Pause the use for a few days until the skin has calmed down completely. Next time, you can try using a lot of serum (it should be a glide all the time, so often you can improve with more or treat one part of the face at a time), reduce the treatment time, and avoid sensitive areas. Then start with a maximum of 2 times a week and see how the skin reacts. If the redness comes back, you should stop; otherwise, you can gradually increase to a maximum of 5 times/week.     You know it!

    A lot of tool for the money. However, it is very strong even on level 1. I recommend only having a super thin layer of serum/conductor when using it, otherwise your whole face shakes! Don’t expect results right away. It needs to be used over time for visible change. A slightly less visible bonus is that it also works on tight jaw muscles, which I struggle with.

Use:
HOW TO USE:
Removal of any make-up is advisable before use
1. Ensure your face and neck is makeup free and cleansed.
2. Apply your favourite serum on your face and neck. The microcurrents are less effective on dry skin. Do not use the device without serum.
3. Long press the On/Off button to turn on the device. Your device will beep, you will see 1 white LED light turn on at the side of the device and a red glow from the centre of the device.
4. To adjust the microcurrent intensity, short press the On/Off button. There are 3 microcurrent settings. Always start on intensity setting 1.
5. The white LED lights on the side of the device will indicate which microcurrent setting you are currently on.
6. Press both metal spheres on to your skin and slowly glide the device upwards. Glide across your cheekbones, forehead, jawline and neck. The firmer you press the device, the more powerful the microcurrents will feel.
7. Gently glide over desired areas for a whole 10 minute treatment.
8. Long press the On/Off button to turn off the device. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

CLEANING:
Wipe with a damp cloth and allow to dry after every use.
