Usage:
- You will need: Hydra FX Palette, fine liner brush (included!) and water.
- Wet fine liner brush with water.
- Use the wet brush and mix it into the product very well.
- Apply once a creamy consistency is achieved (like melted ice-cream).
- Wet brush further and continue mixing if the texture is too thick.
- Let the product fully air dry before storing away
