    Haven't felt any wow effects with this toner compared to many other k-beauty products. Feels nice on the skin and you feel hydrated. Probably need to give it a bit more time. :)

TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner is a deeply moisturizing, vegan toner formulated with niacinamide (2%), rice bran extract, ceramide, and panthenol to deliver an instant radiant glow and fortify the skin's protective barrier.
Hydrates intensely to combat dryness and fatigue with a soothing sensation. Provides a radiant, glowing complexion for a “glass skin” result thanks to chamomile and rice bran extracts. Panthenol retains moisture and soothes the skin by strengthening the skin barrier. Ceramide shields against external aggressors and locks in moisture. Niacinamide reduces dark spots, redness, and uneven skin tone while maintaining hydration. Suitable for all skin types.

Use:
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount of the toner to a cotton pad or directly onto your palms. Gently pat it onto your face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
