A highly nourishing, hydrating, non-sticky essence toner with 81% Organic Balloon Flower Extract from Namwon, Korea. Combined with Pea Protein and Hyaluronic Acid, experience the marvelous purple aura of Balloon Flower extracted through Urang's special 3 Step Extraction Method.

Use:
Apply a small amount to your hands and gently pat into the skin for absorption. TIP) Use as a quick mask. Soak a cotton pad with the essence toner and place it on the skin for 5-10 minutes.
