The problem is that two tablets (which is the recommended daily dose) only contain 1.5 grams. An adult needs to take 5-10 grams per day for it to have any effect on hair, skin, and nails. That’s why collagen type 1 and 3 is often sold in powder form.

I love cherries in all forms, both color, scent, and taste. I've been eating these goodies for over a year, and I love them. They taste great with cherry and have a chewy/jelly-like consistency. I've always had a hard time remembering to take my supplements, it usually goes well for a week or two, but then my enthusiasm cools off. It's barely something I want to admit, but thanks to the fact that these feel like candy, I've remembered to take them every single day. Just bought this from another place (not lyko). Totally terrible taste… Did not taste like cherry at all. I don’t know if it did anything for my skin because I couldn’t take them due to the taste.
