Cooler tone?
I dyed my hair at the salon, first red and then toned it back to my natural hair color (the one that shows at the roots), but I can't quite get rid of the warm orange-red color in the lengths. Green tones are common when making light hair darker. What color should I use?
Does this work to even out harsh and striped blonde highlights? I dyed my hair abroad where they did it very sloppily and patchy.
