Easy to use and long-lasting
When it comes to eyebrows, I’m quite Spartan. I want color, and not much more than that. I don’t need any gel or wax to tame the brows, I just need color. And for that purpose, a pencil of this model, with a tip on one end and a "mascara brush" on the other, works perfectly. The packaging is plastic, with the product name clearly printed in the middle. At one end is a small plastic cap that protects the brush and the tip. The plastic caps fit securely, without falling off and rattling around in the makeup bag. The only thing I would wish for from the packaging is a small marking that shows whether it’s the tip or the brush that is hiding at that end of the product, but I guess you can’t have everything in the world. Anyone who has previously used, for example, Brow Definer from Anastasia Beverly Hills will recognize the triangular shape of the pencil/tip. I think it continues to hold its shape really well while I use it, without rounding off too much. I’ve never really managed to draw "hairs" no matter which pencil I’ve used, but I also don’t feel any need to add hairs to my brows. My goal with brown shadow is rather to add a little color to the hairs I already have. For that, this pencil works excellently. The pencil is easy to use, and my brows stay where I left them, all the way until I cleanse my face in the evening. I’ve used the shade Ash Brown, and find it quite neutral, with a tendency towards the cooler side. Affordable and good!
