Make sure to apply enough sunscreen (2 mg/cm² of skin) on clean, dry skin at least 30 minutes before sun exposure. Using too little cream can seriously reduce its protective power. Reapply every two hours if you’re in direct sunlight, especially after towel drying, swimming, or sweating. It’s crucial to reapply to maintain that protection and ensure the product works effectively. Don’t forget your sunglasses and sun hat when soaking up those rays. Also, try to steer clear of the sun during peak hours (11 AM to 4 PM) when it’s blazing hot. For external use only. Shake well before use.
