    They're ok...

    Bought the lip balm in the shades 02 & 03. The lightest shade 02 was not that great, quite hard and no color pay off. Maybe that one was a dud because the shade 03 was much better. Much more creamy and better color pay off. For the price, the tinted lip balms are ok. They're cute, smell nice but I've tried better ones so won't buy again.
