Grab your Nicorette Inhalator whenever cravings hit. It works like a cigarette, but each puff delivers way less nicotine than a regular smoke. So, it’s recommended to take about 8-10 puffs from the inhalator for every puff you’d take from a cigarette. Each session can last around 10-20 minutes, and you can stop using it as soon as your cravings are under control. Each nicotine plug lasts for about 3 sessions. Aim for 6-12 nicotine plugs a day for the best results. Using fewer than 6 plugs might leave cravings out of control, and you shouldn’t exceed 12 plugs a day. Once opened, a nicotine plug should be used within 48 hours.

Quitting smoking:
You should use Nicorette Inhalator for at least 3 months. After that, start to gradually cut back. The treatment should stop when you’ve reduced to 1 nicotine plug a day.

Generally, longer treatment than 12 months isn’t recommended. However, some former smokers might need extended support to avoid going back to smoking.

Reducing smoking:
Use Nicorette Inhalator between smoking sessions to extend your smoke-free intervals and aim to cut down as much as possible. If you haven’t reduced your daily cigarette count after 6 weeks, it’s time to seek professional help.

Try to quit smoking as soon as you feel ready, but no later than 6 months after starting treatment. If you can’t make a serious attempt to quit within 9 months of starting, reach out for professional support.

Longer treatment than 12 months isn’t usually recommended, but some ex-smokers may need it to stay smoke-free.
