Vad stämmer?
Bilden visar retinolserumet men texten anger att det är hyularonic acid serumet, plus att det står ett "or" mellan de två serumet. Vad är det egentligen man får i paketet förutom peptid boostern? Är det 2 eller 3 produkter? Är serumen i fullstorlek? Ni anger att de är på 20 gram men menar ni kanske 20 ml i serumen?759 visningar - Inlägget skapades 1 dag
Produktlistan stämmer inte överens med bildinnehållet
Från bilden i e-postnyhetsbrevet visas tre produkter: Peptide Booster, Vitamin C23 och Retinol. Listan säger Peptide Booster, Vitamin C23 och The Hyaluronic serum. Varje bild visar 3 produkter, men om du zoomar in står det OR mellan de två serumen, vilket får mig att tro att du bara får 2 produkter i denna låda, inte 3. Så detta behöver klargöras eftersom varje del inte marknadsförs korrekt. Det är problem som detta och det faktum att en tidigare Lovables jag köpte hade 2 "bait and switch"-produkter (så många klagade och sedan togs listan helt bort, även om vi har skärmdumpar av listan). Jag älskar Lyko och vill inte handla någon annanstans, men det är nästan månatligen en "bait and switch" eller vilseledande marknadsföringsmiss nu. Jag säger detta bara efter att jag vant mig vid att det händer nu och ett par gånger är förståeligt, men om det blir frekvent och sedan "täcks över" genom att ta bort listan känns det opålitligt. Jag vet att det inte har något att göra med all den underbara personal som svarar på sådana här frågor eller ger produktrekommendationer i kommentarer, men skicka gärna detta vidare till ledningen eftersom något är fel.
