Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the product and that it does not work for you.
There is no satisfaction guarantee on products like that, so we are not able to take used products back if someone does not like them, because of course we are not able to sell used products again.
However there is a guarantee on the ghd products, if you think that there is an issue with the product, then we are able to send them to ghd and they will get checked out from them. 🔍
