Lactrase is packed with lactase enzyme that breaks down milk sugar (lactose) into smaller sugar units that your body can easily absorb. If lactose isn’t broken down in the gut, it can lead to gas and discomfort.

Pop 1–2 capsules right before you dive into that delicious lactose-filled meal. You can also open the capsule and sprinkle its contents directly onto your food.
