LOVE!!!
Yes, the headline speaks for itself, but of course there will be an explanation for it. ☺️ Beauty of joseon’s spf became incredibly popular, praised, and viral two years ago (if I remember correctly). I didn’t jump on the bandwagon back then, and didn’t buy or test it. But now I am! And I understand now why ”Dalla” loved/loves it. I’ve heard before that you don’t need to use regular day cream if you’re using spf/sunscreen. I’ve tested both with day cream underneath, and without. It has worked well without day cream underneath. But since I tend to have dry skin, I’ve mostly used day cream underneath. So, I don’t think it can be said too much! But this one is really faaaaantastic!!! The cream is very light in consistency. But despite that, I haven’t felt dry on my skin, the times I haven’t had day cream underneath. It feels like it softens/moisturizes effectively, while the cream doesn’t leave any greasy or sticky surface on the skin. It works absolutely fantastic under makeup. I usually use clarins skin illusion (foundation). It doesn’t stick or roll in any way. 🙌 When it comes to scent, the cream is almost scent-free. I can’t smell much anyway. Maybe a slight delicate scent that reminds me of soap? The tube is easy to apply from, as it is made of soft plastic. If there’s anything that could be better, it’s that I find it desirable that all tubes should have snap caps (even this one). And not screw caps. And that the cream has ”full” spf 50 is super-duper-great! 😅 Now it’s recommended that you should use spf every day. All year round. But I would have liked to properly test this as spf. E.g. on a sunny vacation. Now it’s not really the right season for that, as one (I) is hardly exposed to the sun at all. So therefore, I only give it four stars. Because I can’t actually assess how it is as sun protection when the skin is properly exposed to the sun. Doesn't get sticky!
I use sunscreen year-round every day. But I hate the feeling of regular sunscreen on my face. Before this, I used Heliocare, which is a favorite. But this one from Beauty Of Joseon is incredibly good! It really feels like a day cream. Not sticky or thick in consistency at all. It also melts into the skin quickly. Many day creams with SPF 50 are quite sticky or make it hard to apply makeup afterward. But not this one. It's perfect to use and then do makeup almost right away. It smells almost like nothing. Just a very, very mild tone that smells fresh. The packaging is simple and sleek. Highly recommend! Fantastic sun protection without a white cast
I have used Relief Sun: Rice "+ Probiotics SPF50 before, and it is a sun product that I have really been satisfied with. It protects the skin well throughout the day while making it soft, smooth, and nicely hydrated. Only a small amount is needed to cover the entire face, so the tube lasts a long time. I also like that it can be applied to the neck and down towards the décolleté area, where it lays evenly and comfortably. The cream also works very well as a primer under makeup. It absorbs quickly, feels light on the skin, and leaves no white cast, which is a big advantage for me. A sunscreen worth buying ✨💕
I was recommended this a while ago, which I thought would be just like any other sunscreen. But my first experience with this was the exact opposite. Neither sticky nor too greasy like some sunscreens can be. This absorbed quickly into the skin (even with double layers, no greasy film on the skin and leaves the skin hydrated. Shall we talk about the price hello? Reasonable price with discount and without, for being a K-beauty product it fits my wallet. I have recently been using sunscreen almost every day and I’m starting to see positive changes with my skin, my hyperpigmentation is starting to fade a bit, but I will try to stick to the same routines and be more diligent with the SPF during the summer. It also contains SPF 50 and is in 50 ml - perfect to have in the bag when traveling abroad. I will buy this again along with their eye cream that I have seen others test with positive results. Light and lovely consistency
I have tried this sunscreen as #lykoinflutester. October and November are not the best time to test sunscreen on, so I don't know how it works in the sun yet. I really like the light consistency, it's easy to spread and absorbs well into the skin. Therefore, it's nice to put makeup over it as well. For me, this could work as a day cream in the summer. Just be a little careful that this light cream can come out of the tube a bit quickly. I also like the simple and clean design. Looking forward to trying this at Easter! Finally! I got to try this super nice sunscreen and I am really not disappointed! With my problematic skin that is red as a tomato constantly (rosacea-ish), it is super important to have sun protection. Or yes, it is actually important even if you don’t have problem skin. If it weren’t annoying to have red, sensitive skin, it would also be oily, so makeup easily slides off or you look like you’ve dived into a butter package after a while. I have therefore had a really hard time finding sunscreen that doesn’t irritate, sits like a film, and makes my face even oilier. This product is light, absorbs quickly into the skin but without becoming a film over the face. It has no strong scent and seems to work well with my face without much fuss. The price is also very nice. If there’s something that feels a bit off, it’s that I thought the tube didn’t feel completely full like new. But other than that, a really good product! Thank you so much for letting me try this! Unfortunately, there is currently no sun to speak of outside, so I have to refer to previous reviews for the SPF part of this product 😅😊 The product itself has a nice, light consistency that quickly absorbs into the skin after you apply it. Feels neither sticky nor heavy, gives a nice glow, and the skin feels hydrated. Works well under makeup & as a step in the regular skincare routine. However, I have noticed that I have gotten a bit of a rash on my cheek that itches now and then, since this is the only new product, I suspect it is the culprit, or it reacts with some of the other products in my "routine". I have been so lucky to receive Beauty of Joseon's Relief Sun: Rice + Probiotics SPF50 which #lykoinflutester ✨ My name is Kristine, I am 35 years old and love everything related to skincare, especially Korean skincare. Not a day goes by without my morning and evening routine, and I use SPF every day. My skin is normal to dry, and sensitive at times - especially when I use products with a lot of fragrance 🥹 I have tested products from Beauty of Joseon before, and this sunscreen has been one of my favorites for several years - so I was so happy when I saw that I would get to make a review of this 🩷 The packaging is perfectly fine, I like that it is in a tube but I wish the cream itself came out of a narrower and longer opening to squeeze out the product more easily without making a mess. But absolutely nothing that detracts from the product. Good that it comes in a tube, so it’s easy to cut it in half when it starts to run low. The consistency is like a thin day cream, and it actually smells like nothing 😊 The sunscreen is described as a creamy yet lightweight sunscreen with rice extract for moisture, and fermented grains that enhance the effect of the rice extract by soothing and calming the skin. It should not be sticky and provide glowing and hydrated skin. The rice extract is rich in vitamins B, C, and E, as well as amino acids and minerals that help hydrate and provide antioxidants to the skin - thus protecting against free radicals, which in turn helps prevent aging, maintain skin elasticity, and strengthen the skin barrier 👏🏻 I always prefer 2 finger lengths of sunscreen for the entire face and neck. And even though it may seem like a lot of cream - the cream really melts into the skin and leaves no white cast. It is not sticky after application and feels more like a regular lightweight moisturizer that absorbs quickly into the skin. The skin feels hydrated and protected, and has a fantastic glow after application. So I love using this on no-makeup days too 💦 My sensitive skin has never reacted to this. But I am always careful when applying around the eyes, as this is a chemical sunscreen, which can sting the eyes if you get too close to them. Additionally, it is absolutely lovely under makeup, providing the perfect base for a hydrated foundation for flawless skin makeup. No pilling or cakey spots! Something that is the most important for me when it comes to a sunscreen 👏🏻 When I use this, I skip day cream, as this works just as well as a day cream BUT has SPF 50+ and PA++++ as well 🩷 Absolutely a 10/10 sunscreen in my eyes, and I understand 100% why so many love this 😍 But if you have combination skin, I might suggest going for Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun Aqua-Fresh: Rice + B5 (SPF50+ PA++++), which has a slightly matte finish 🥰 #beautyofjoseon - The post was made 1 dayRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
