Even though silicones are not listed in the ingredients that I can find it felt like it did. To start I was quite happy as my hair felt very soft and smooth however after multiple uses it made my hair dull, feel dirty and a bit brittle even. I believe the issue is product buildup so if you purchase this product use it infrequently and you will most likely be satisfied as I was initially.
