I'll be honest i didn't really enjoy this one. Just like the whole Ginseng line from BoJ, it has that strong smell. The consistency is as the name states water. To my disappointment, it didn't do much, if anything. It's not as hydrating as other Toner/Essence options, unfortunately. - doesn't do much - not very hydrating

This product feels underrated! It's one of the best I've tested, and I've stuck with it for several years and haven't found anything I want to swap it for! The skin tone becomes more even, fewer breakouts, and fine lines are less visible.
