  Advent Calendar

  Ordered this again since I was happy with the 2022 calendar but a little disappointed with this 2024 that you can see through the bags.. overall I am satisfied with the products, got two of number 7!

  Not worth it

  Plastic bag / toiletry bag that doesn't even hold its shape. The bags are all over the place and are also quite transparent. Sure, you already know what's inside, but the idea is still to get a little surprise day by day. No, this year's edition was a big disappointment.

  Most hair products and plastic bags.

  If you have a wide range, it would be a good idea to alternate skincare, haircare, and makeup. So far, I've mostly received hair products. Also, I'm not really fond of plastic bags from an environmental perspective.

  Old product?

  Did you send old products with some items? Today's door number 9, which is Neroli Water, smells very bad and has an old expiration date? I see that others have written the same thing that I am experiencing, it feels very sad! 😔

    Hi Marie! We have information from Noelle that they are reusing their bottles, and therefore they have put a correct and updated expiration date with a sticker over the old one. I completely understand that this can create confusion, but in this case, the date on the sticker is correct. If you think there might be something wrong with the product you received in your calendar, you can always register a complaint through your account and the relevant order, and we will of course take a closer look at it.   Missing door 5

  A calendar that was appreciated by my partner, but door 5 was missing, which is a bit disappointing when you expect there to be something to open every day until Christmas as stated in the product description.

  Had higher expectations but it's okay

  I bought both Me-Phoria and 24K. The positive: I think the colors are nice, I really like the concept of everything being in large makeup bags (the extra pocket in the lid is a smart addition). Personally, I like that there is a lot of skin and hair care. Makeup, especially eyeshadows or glitter in bright colors, while nice & luxurious, isn't that useful for me at least. A mascara is always appreciated though! I don't think the bags are as dangerously transparent as several others seem to think, but taste is probably different there. I love that it's a product for curly hair! The negative: I have of course checked what the calendars are supposed to contain online but after that tried not to peek more as I want to keep the excitement alive. Therefore, I haven't ensured that all products are included. That's why it was a boring surprise this morning when today's "door" was missing in Me-Phoria. I also checked 24K and there were two bags missing. I understand that mistakes can happen but still think it's a bit much that three bags are missing in two calendars, especially when one is among the more expensive on the market. The point of a calendar kind of disappears when there are missing doors. In the expensive calendar, there was a lot of the same, how many black mascaras and acids/peelings does one person need? If one of the mascaras were brown for example at least? As for perfume, it's hard since it's quite individual what one likes, therefore it's better when the perfumes are a bit more universally liked than the first perfume in 24K. I think many will appreciate the palettes, but I personally would have wished for less glitter and more basic eyeshadows. The one from Anastasia I might find some use for at least. The makeup bags are of quite poor quality. I also have the bangerheads advent calendar (yes I bought absurdly many calendars this year🤭) and that makeup bag is significantly sturdier and better. You can't even hold the lyko calendars by the "handle" because the seams come undone due to the weight of the products. The rating may be affected by the fact that I am disappointed that things were missing😅

  Transparent bags.

  The whole surprise element disappears. I repacked all the bags before I could give the advent calendar to the person I bought it for. Maybe not quite the intention??

  Missing products.

  So disappointed today when I went to open the first "door" and it wasn't there. Then I check the whole toiletry bag and discover that bag number 4 is also missing. Very poor for such an expensive product.

  Advent Calendar

  An extreme disappointment and shameful to call this an advent calendar and sell it in connection with Christmas. A plastic, poor variant of a cooler and transparent bags that reveal exactly what they contain. Add to that, there is nothing at all in either packaging or color scheme that can be associated with Christmas, not even if you apply a 3-year-old's imagination.

  Too much skincare

  I think there is way too much skincare in this. Considering that skincare is very individual regarding what one can and cannot use on the skin. Perioral dermatitis, acne, sensitive skin, etc. So this is a no for me.

  A little tasty calendar

  I think the content is fairly varied, a bit repetitive from last year's, but overall a really nice calendar with everything from skin to hair products. The only downside is that the bags for the products are transparent.🎄🎅🏽🌟✨
