Very effective cleansing balm! It removes makeup so well and works just as great on its own as the first step in double cleansing. In the video, I used it alone to show the result of just the balm. 🫧 It doesn't irritate and I find it to be fragrance-free. Got this as a gift and was very satisfied with it, it removed makeup and everything, but it wasn’t for my eyes, as I had a reaction and became swollen and red unfortunately, didn’t change anything in my evening routine. A very strange product
I received this product and had some expectations that it would be good. It didn't wash away my mascara and I didn't feel clean after using it. The consistency is like hard hair wax. Strange stuff. It's such a shame that you don't think this product lived up to your expectations. If you use waterproof mascara, it might be a good idea to use a separate eye makeup remover that is meant for removing waterproof mascara. Since this is a balm, the consistency can be a bit hard when you take the product out of the jar, but it can be warmed up in your hands or on your face when you massage it in and will then melt.
