As a 39-year-old, I've noticed that my skin requires more moisture and care than before. I mainly struggle with dryness and a sensitivity that makes the skin easily look a bit dull or feel tight. I was looking for something that could give my skin a boost from home without irritating it. I have now tested the TheraFace Mask from Therabody, and here are my thoughts: The mask feels luxurious and technically advanced, yet it is very easy to use in everyday life. It uses LED light (red, dark red, and blue) as well as vibration technology. For my dry skin, the red light has been the focus to stimulate the skin deeply. What I was most worried about was irritation, but the mask feels very gentle. After use, I experience that the skin gets a nicer glow and that my subsequent serums and creams absorb better. For me, who is almost 40 and has skin that easily becomes dry, this has become a perfect complement to my skincare routine.
