I have been lucky to test this product from Kerastase ⭐️ In order for you to understand how the product works, I want to go into detail about the hair's life cycle. This is because it is important to understand how the hair strand functions so that you do not guess whether you see an improvement or not. It is worth reading this review, as you can actually learn a lot about your hair! I have previously worked as a hairdresser, and I will try to summarize in quick steps. Each hair strand has its own life cycle consisting of three phases: 1️⃣ The growth phase can last 3-5 years, or longer depending on your genes and age. ➡️ A hair strand is formed in the hair follicle around the hair papilla. In the beginning, the cells are round. (the cells are alive) ➡️ On the way to the scalp's surface, the cells change shape and become stretched. (alive) ➡️ When the hair strand grows out of the scalp, the cells have become keratinized and are "dead" in the sense that the cells can no longer divide or regenerate. 2️⃣ The transition phase lasts 2-3 weeks, here the cells stop dividing, here the supply of nutrients to the hair stops, and it begins to loosen from the hair follicle. 3️⃣ The resting phase lasts about 3-4 months, the hair strand falls out, and the hair follicle is rebuilt. A new growth phase begins. Even though the hair that you can physically see and touch is "dead", the cells in the papilla are still alive. And this is where the serum will strengthen and stimulate further production/growth. This serum can also stimulate growth for people who struggle with temporary alopecia, hereditary hair loss, and hair loss associated with stress, but perhaps not as effectively against severe genetic hair loss. I have previously only used shampoo and leave-in products from Loreal. - Packaging 10/10 with the pump function - Easy to use, short application time! - Good scent and lasts a long time - Gives hair moisture, shine, and repairs - A bit pricey but not significantly more expensive compared to other products that are supposed to deliver the same I felt this fixed my damaged hair, easy to use and really recommended if you have a bit of dry or damaged hair. I almost never use primer, but wow, what a grip and what a difference it was to apply this under the makeup 🤩🤩 It’s a very sticky feeling for the first few seconds after application, so I was absolutely a bit scared of how the result would turn out, but no, it turned out so nice! Check out the glow and the makeup! Lovely! Tip to let it dry in for about 30-60 seconds before you put on the actual makeup. The skin looks smooth and glowy. The primer is sticky but still maybe lightweight as the picture shows, so easy to apply. It feels very economical. Saying the same as with the mascara from e.l.f., how can this makeup not cost more?!
