As a #lykoinflytester, I got to try Beam Drops from #PLYskin. I love the drops! They give an incredible glow and work fantastically as a primer, both under and over moisturizer depending on how intense of a glow I want. Most of the time, I mix the drops with my moisturizer for a subtle radiance, but if I want extra glow, I apply a thin layer after the cream – the result is a really glowy and even skin under makeup. It’s also nice that it serves two functions as a serum that both hydrates the skin and gives glow. I always shake the bottle before use to get an even consistency. It doesn’t add any color to the skin, but if you use too much, it can look a bit silvery. However, if you have makeup on, you don’t need to worry – the skin just looks fresh and balanced. The drops sink in quickly but keep my dry patches hydrated all day and my oily T-zone in check. Perfect when you want glow without getting too shiny! In the pictures, I’ve only mixed the drops into the moisturizer, but I’ve never had such balanced skin, still with glow but not oily, after such a long day. Perfect day cream!
As a #lykoinflutester, I got to test the #PLYSkin skin cream and I am really satisfied! It moisturizes my dry skin without leaving a shiny or oily layer, which I really appreciate. Even though it feels light and almost disappears into the skin immediately, I have noticed that my skin stays moisturized and the dry patches are under control all day. The oil stays away, and I don’t have to worry about my skin becoming greasy or shiny. I have also noticed that my pores look much smaller when I use the cream. It also works perfectly as a primer under makeup – gives a smooth and matte surface without drying out. However, I won’t use it when I really need a lot of moisture, but it is absolutely perfect during the day when I have makeup on at work or for a night out in the city. A fantastic moisturizer for me who wants long-lasting hydration without feeling sticky! A big plus is also that it is fragrance-free, hardly any risk of irritation, wow!!! As a #lykoinflutester, I got to test this cleanser from #PLYskin. I am really impressed! It easily removes all makeup, even stubborn mascara, without having to rub. The consistency is lightly creamy and feels luxuriously soft on the skin, which makes the cleansing routine really pleasant. My skin, which is combination, feels fresh and balanced after use – not the least bit tight or dry, but also not oily, which is a big plus for me. I also haven't had any breakouts or irritations, which makes me feel safe using it daily. The exfoliation is very mild in my opinion. But my skin is very tolerant. Clean Cream It may not look like much to the world, but for me, it’s a new favorite. Very easy to apply, the skin soaks it up, and I feel hydrated for a long time! An amazing cleanser that is truly worth every penny! It comes out liquid but turns into foam when you work it into your face, and you can really feel how it cleanses. I've never experienced a product like this that actually removes makeup in one go too! And afterwards, my skin feels clean, though not so moisturized, but in combination with Clean Cream, that problem is solved! It has a light and pleasant scent that also makes it feel clean, not at all like other skincare products that smell like perfume. To be honest, I don’t think it makes much of a difference compared to just having a day cream. SHINE BRIGHT!
Got the chance to try these "BEAM DROPS" and I thought they were perfect both under makeup, without makeup, on makeup, on the body, trust me these are a great alternative to a multiproduct!!😍 What you should keep in mind is that it gets a bit glittery underneath instead of a smooth "shimmer", I personally do NOT like this but this one became so seamless that it was impossible to dislike it!!! Not a favorite!
I got the chance to try their PLY Clean Skate Cleanser, but I have a hard time giving it a full rating since I don't know exactly which of these three products I tested (Clean Skate, Beam dropp, Cate Cream) unfortunately caused my skin to have an allergic reaction. I don't have sensitive skin at all, have many different products with many of the same ingredients as these, but something didn't go well. The first few days it worked fine, cleaned my skin, but I found that it made my face quite dry, but then I thought that the Care Cream in the same series worked well.💕 It's a good cleanser, but not for me, which is why it's so hard to give a review for it. I have now tested this for about a month, so to speak every day. The brand is new to me, never heard of it before now. I have combination skin, which tolerates most products. In general, I'm not so fond of typical bronzing drops and similar, this unfortunately was no exception. I prefer to go without. I feel it "glitters" more than it gives a glow. The color suits light skin (in my opinion), and there was no "distinction" on me. I also started to itch around my eyes when I used this. (yes, I have tested not using it to compare) and that contributes to bringing this down for me. Whether I couldn't tolerate it or what it is, I don't know. Pretty okay moisturizer
I have now tested this for about a month, combined with the cleanser and the beam drops. The brand is new to me, and I have never heard of it before now. I have combination skin, and I can tolerate most products. I don't know how easy it is to see in the picture, but the cream is quite thick. I prefer thinner moisturizers, as I feel they give me more hydration. When I apply this, I feel in a way that it disappears, if that makes sense?😅 Mild and nice scent, which I think most can tolerate. Not a strong "perfume scent". This is probably not my favorite cream, but I can use it every now and then combined with my other moisturizer. Good cleanser at a good price
I have been testing PLY skincare for about a month now and the verdict is in…🥁 I have shared this with my partner and it works for both of us. I have combination skin, my partner has normal/dry skin. My immediate first impression was that the pump was terribly annoying and didn’t give me enough product, but after testing it for a while, I realized that I was the one who was wrong…😛 One pump is enough for the whole face, and with a pump that dispenses the perfect amount, the bottle lasts a long time. I found the cleanser to be relatively simple and straightforward. It has a lovely consistency, smells mild, and cleanses the skin without drying it out. However, it is somewhat poor at removing makeup (especially eye makeup). I usually remove makeup with micellar water and then the cleanser takes care of the rest. The cleanser smells like almost nothing and feels gentle, so I think this will work well for those with sensitive skin too! Compared to other brands, I don’t think this one stands out particularly much, so I think the price point is a bit high. Good Cleanser
I have combination skin and have now tested the product every night for about 3 weeks. First, I tried to use the cleanser as both a makeup remover and a cleanser, but I didn't think that worked particularly well. The makeup still held up quite well after one round with the cleanser, and even after round 2, I felt like something was still left behind. I then switched to using a makeup remover/oil cleanser as step 1 and this cleanser as step 2, which worked much better. Everything disappears, and my skin felt very clean, without being too tight. All in all, a decent cleanser, but it doesn't hold up as a makeup remover for me. I prefer to double cleanse anyway, so for me, it doesn't have much to say, but it doesn't deliver on that point. I'm also not a fan of using exfoliating products in the eye area, as it can make the lashes more fragile in the long run (good to keep in mind). Considering the price, I didn't find this to be a very impressive product, unfortunately. There are so many good alternatives on the market that do a better job, especially for me who can handle slightly stronger ingredients. I will use it up, but probably won't buy it again. Good as a night cream
I have been using this product regularly for the past few weeks and have come to the conclusion that it works best as a night cream for my combination skin. It is somewhat thick and takes a bit of time to absorb into the skin - especially if you combine it with other products first. It also feels quite thick in consistency, which my skin usually reacts to a bit with breakouts and bumps. It has gone well now that I have only used it as a night cream, and my skin has felt well moisturized in the morning. I especially like that it comes in a tube, which is more hygienic than a jar. The ingredients are also very good - there are no irritating ingredients here for those with sensitive skin, and the product can therefore also be combined with most active ingredients. What brings it down a bit is that I didn't experience anything other than moisturized skin and that it can't be used during the day for me. Good product
I have tested this product a couple of times over the last few weeks and think it works well. The product is somewhat reminiscent of highlighter drops from Dior, for those who know that product - but of course not exactly the same. In terms of price, I think this is a good alternative. I have applied a bit all over my face and only where I want glow, and I prefer the latter. Applying it all over the face gives a bit too much of the good stuff, I think. Something that might be a bit silly, since this is supposed to be a skincare product and not a makeup product. All in all, nice design, good product, and does what it’s supposed to do, but maybe not as good as the alternative I know from Dior. I don’t mind paying a little more if it makes a difference in quality, and you can feel that a bit here. Good Cleanser
I use this cleanser in the evening after I’ve removed my makeup. It’s lightly exfoliating and contains vitamin E and niacinamide, which is good for the skin. It removes all makeup residue left after using makeup remover wipes, but it didn’t take off all the makeup when I tried without makeup remover first. I like the bottle, especially the locking mechanism that makes it easy to transport. I also think the dosage is perfect, one pump is enough for the whole face and is neither too little nor too much. It has no scent and lathers nicely upon application. Gives a nice glow!
My skin: very dry, matte, a bit young (30 years), not sensitive I have used this together with the face cream from the same series, and I think it gives a nice glow! I actually wish it had a bit more glow, but my skin absorbs everything that is moisture, so I have never found such a product. I think my skin glows very nicely as soon as I apply the product, but it doesn't show as well after the makeup goes on (I only use a little tinted day cream and sun powder). The amount of glitter in the formula I think is perfect, there is absolutely no hint of too large glitter particles or that it glitters too much in my opinion. Big plus that this is actually a serum, with ingredients I really like such as vitamin E and hyaluronic acid! It gives an extra incentive to bother to put it on every day as well. I went from 3 to 4 stars because of that. Moisturizing, fresh, and good face cream!
My skin: Very dry, a bit young (30 years), not sensitive. I really liked this face cream, it’s just the right amount of greasy for my dry winter skin and has ingredients like ceramides and E-vitamins that are very good for our skin. Even though it’s a bit thick, it’s easy to apply and feels smooth and soft. For me, who has skin that absorbs everything that’s moisturizing and fatty, I’m very happy to feel that I’m not bone dry again half an hour after application. I often use it together with Beam Drops from the same series, and then the consistency becomes even lighter. Now I can tolerate all kinds of skin products, but I guess this is also suitable for those with sensitive skin. I feel like my skin has managed to stay moist and glowy throughout the day, which I really appreciate. A little too expensive for me
I have tested products from Ply skin and wanted to share my thoughts on these products now. Care cream is really a good cream if you like a light and quickly absorbing cream that is moisturizing. I think it works just as well during the day as in the evening. It makes a good base under makeup, which is a big plus. However, I prefer to use it when my skin feels a bit dry. I have combination skin, so on the oilier areas, I'm not such a big fan of this cream. But absolutely if you have drier/normal skin. I don't think it smells like anything special, which is a big plus. This gets an 8/10 from me and I will continue to use it until it runs out.
