Long-lasting frizz-free and clean
I have been able to try the Kérastase Gloss Absolu Bain Hydra-Glaze shampoo for a few weeks now, and it has proven to be an extremely effective product for my hair! My hair is naturally curly, therefore also coarse, and it frizzes easily. Additionally, my hair has been dyed with light highlights... so it really needs moisture and shine to look healthy. I immediately noticed that the shampoo lathers well and cleanses the hair effectively without weighing it down. As a result, my hair felt airy, light, and still clearly hydrated. I have especially been satisfied with how long my hair stays looking clean. The hair pictures I took for this post were taken 2 days after washing my hair, and they still look clean, and my hair has volume. It definitely feels that way too! The scent of the shampoo is pleasant: fresh and slightly floral. The bottle itself is stylish and looks luxurious. The only downside I give is the cap, which has to be completely removed. This is not always the most practical when you have wet hands, or when the cap needs to be temporarily placed somewhere. However, this does not significantly detract from the value of the user experience. Overall, an extremely high-quality shampoo that leaves the hair looking healthy and shiny without a heavy feeling. I would buy again!
A good heat protectant is essential for my hair, as I constantly heat style it. After showering, I usually blow-dry my curly hair straight. However, just blow-drying is not enough for styling, as my hair tends to get very frizzy due to my hair type. To achieve a smooth finish, I like to finish my hair with a flat iron. For the past few weeks, I have been spraying Gloss Absolu Anti-Frizz Glaze Milk on my damp hair before blow-drying. After blow-drying, the frizz has been noticeably reduced. However, I still can't achieve the smoothness of a flat iron. So, I have added the spray to my dry hair and then straightened it. This way, I have managed to completely tame the frizz, as you can see in the picture on the right, where especially the ends look much better 🤩 Of course, I also styled the hair in the picture with the hair oil from the same line. I love this heat protectant because it doesn't leave my hair tangled or sticky, but leaves it feeling light and moisturized. In the left picture, I used a heat protectant from a different brand as well as hair serum/oil... and the difference is huge: on the left, the ends look dry, on the right, more moisturized and smooth 🫶🏻 The citrus floral scent is lovely, the bottle's closing mechanism is handy, and the product lives up to its promises. This product works best in conjunction with the same line's shampoo, conditioner, and hair oil. When this heat protectant runs out, I would gladly buy a new one! 🌸 #lykoinflutester #kerastase

The price/quality ratio is excellent. The packaging is beautiful and I love pastel green in the decor.. aesthetics are also important in the shower 😝 I can't describe exactly what the shower mousse smells like.. but it smells super good at least! #lykoreview

In-Between Roll
I usually don't use primer under my makeup, but now I had the chance to test the super popular MILK Hydro Grip Primer. I like that the product is silicone-free, and the gel-like consistency provided lovely extra moisture under the makeup. I personally have dry skin, so extra moisture is always welcome! I also want to give a plus for the product's fragrance-free quality. As you can see from the picture, the primer has strong hold! The cork even stayed stuck to my cheek 😂 The makeup didn't move off my face throughout the day, as the product promised... at least when used correctly. The primer worked best with the Milk Hydro Gel tint, but with my matte Clarins foundation, the result was... pretty horror... 😱 The makeup rolled off heavily and didn't spread evenly over the primer. I suspect this was due to either A. not letting the face cream absorb properly before applying the primer and foundation B. my foundation being old or its matte consistency not being compatible with the primer C. applying too thick a layer of primer... I don't know. However, with the Milk Hydro Grip Gel Tint, the product worked well. #LYKOTESTPILOT #MILKMAKEUP

As you mentioned, it’s really important for the result to let the base products absorb properly and to wait at least a minute after applying the primer before adding foundation 🙏🏻 Matte foundations can sometimes be a bit more challenging with primers, but it’s great to hear that another one of your foundations works seamlessly with this! From my experience, for example, Lumene’s CC cream and Maybelline New York’s Superstay 24H Skin Tint also work well with this primer. Have a lovely day! 🩷

I got to try Kerastase's luxurious, fragrant, and feel-good hair oil. Gloss Absolu Glaze Drops are designed specifically for long, dry, and frizz-prone hair. I would describe my own hair with the same adjectives, which is why I was very excited about this product! Appearance: Wow… such a lovely glass bottle. Kerastase has managed to make the packaging beautiful and luxurious. The bottle was so pretty that I put it on display on the shelf where I previously only had perfume bottles… Lovely! Scent: Really pleasant scent, which is both citrusy and floral… so good 🌼 Starting situation: Since my hair is naturally curly, it also tends to frizz easily. Usually, I blow-dry my hair straight, after which it still needs to be styled and smoothed with a flat iron. To assess the hair oil's effectiveness as accurately as possible, I decided to try it on my blow-dried hair, which I hadn't gone through with a flat iron. Effectiveness: When I took the oil with the pipette, I initially thought I had dosed too much product. However, the oil was light enough that it didn't weigh my hair down or make it look greasy! My hair was airy while the oil tamed the frizz. Plus, O M G, the shine it brought! As seen in the video and before/after picture, my hair looks more vibrant after the hair oil. The picture has not been edited in any way, even though the color of my hair looks much brighter compared to the starting situation. I guess that's due to how the oil reflects light! So really super good hair oil that does what it promises: smooths and brings amazing shine… love it 💛 #kerastase #lykoinflutester

Moisturizes skin & evens out its tone
In the top picture, my skin is before Gel Tint. In the bottom picture, my skin is with Gel Tint. Package: An attractive-looking tube! 💙 The visibility of the foundation through the letters is a fun detail, as it shows how much product is left. The cap/dispenser was not my favorite, as the pressure caused the product to squirt out when opened. I feel that this made the use of the product messier. I prefer tubes with a pump mechanism. That way, the pressure doesn't push the product out. Shade: My skin is light with a yellow undertone, which is why I chose shade 4 - light and neutral to warm. Gel Tint applied smoothly to my skin, so there was no makeup line between my neck and face, wow! Additionally, I have slightly redder spots on my nose, which Gel Tint naturally evened out :) User experience: I like that makeup products combine the benefits of skincare! The foundation wonderfully moisturized my skin and didn't feel heavy at all. I also give plus points for being fragrance-free (my skin is dry and sensitive)! The product evened out my skin tone and gave a glow. However, since I'm used to thick BB creams, this product is a bit too light in texture/coverage for me. The product is still very brightening and does what it promises. I recommend it to those who prefer a lighter texture and a more subtle/gradual coverage. Ps. Hydro Grip Primer under this product provided wonderful extra moisture to my face, and with it, the makeup stayed fresher 🫶🏻 #LYKOTESTPILOT #milkmakeup

The left picture was taken two summers ago. Back then, I realized that my hair had become weak. I wanted to get my hair back to being healthy, long, and thick… in the right picture, my hair is NOW! 🤩 FOUR TIPS for long and healthy hair : 1. K-18 mask!❤️ I think this has had a big impact (+ I reduced lightening my hair) 2. Scalp brush/shampoo brush, which I use to massage my scalp in the shower (psst. I wash my hair with Kerastase shampoo and conditioner)! 3. Sometimes when I know I’ll be washing my hair in the morning, I put argan oil in my hair overnight. Also on days when I have my hair up and a sleek style, I often use oil to smooth the style! 4. I sleep with a SILK PILLOWCASE. When my hair is oily, I protect the pillowcase by putting a silk sleep mask over my head! (soft silk helps reduce hair frizz and protects hair from breaking. Holy Grail Product!
I have sensitive and dry skin, which is why I prefer very moisturizing and fragrance-free skincare products. I'm so happy that this face cream is fragrance-free! This has become my absolute year-round favorite because the price-quality ratio is also spot on. Toners and serums are products where I like to invest in active ingredients, but I prefer my face cream to be simple. I love it! The consistency is good in my opinion 👍 (ps. I always apply Ordinary's squalane oil on my face after the Smoothie cream + a light sunscreen). On my third jar now :) #lykoreview

Positively Surprised
The watermelon version of the same lip product wasn't my favorite, but I like this one! The texture is somehow more functional / pleasant on the lips. Generally, I don't use fragrances on my face, but on my lips, it can be allowed. I think it smells really delicious (peach ofc) 🍑 I bought this along with the Smooties Peach Barrier Cream face cream, and I got a lovely keychain as a gift! At Lyko in Helsinki, there was a jewelry workshop where you could choose five pieces of jewelry with your purchase (I added that diamond at home). The skilled craftsman made me a cute keychain from them. It now decorates my house keys.. thank you Lyko 😇 #LYKOREVIEW
