Fantastic product
I got to buy this set at a heavily reduced price through the Lyko Creator deal, but that doesn't affect my review. The products I've tested are Maria Nila Heal shampoo, Heal conditioner, and True Soft Argan oil. To start with, I want to say that I have long hair, it's thin, very smooth, and quickly becomes static. I rarely use heat on my hair. I have several chronic illnesses that make washing my hair painful, and I do it about every 5-7 days. I usually use a product to remove buildup on the scalp, shampoo twice, hair mask/moisturizing conditioner. After the hair has dried a bit, I use leave-in products that moisturize and strengthen the hair. Every night before I go to bed, I use a night serum for my hair before braiding it. I've tried the products several times now and can safely say they will become a regular part of my routine and the ones I'll take on trips. As usual, I used a product to remove buildup on the scalp, shampooed twice, and left the conditioner in the "ponytail." After the hair had dried a bit, I applied two pumps of the hair oil. Brushing the hair afterward went like a dream, and the hair looks very healthy and less frizzy and dry than it does with many other products. I've tried replacing the night serum I usually use with the hair oil, and that makes the result last several days; however, if I haven't done it before bedtime, it looks drier and is more frizzy again. I’ve wanted to try Nyx Buttermelt Glaze for a long time and the first impression is very good 🤞🏻 it covers just right for my taste for a skin tint and even after several hours of packing and sweating it still looks good. You can see that my cheeks are red underneath, but the blush is very light in color and I only applied one layer and didn’t use a blush in the same color to set it. I’ve tested it in two colors now and so far I don’t quite get the hype. I got the eyeshadow from LH in a Lovables box a while ago, but only tested it today. So far impressed with it, no sign of it starting to "crease" yet 🤞🏻 I didn’t use any primer underneath either. After the hair has dried a bit, I use leave-in products that are moisturizing and strengthen the hair. Every night before I go to bed, I use a night serum on my hair before braiding it. My hair has never looked as bad as the first time I used this set. My hair was extremely static and looked very dry. Even after applying several products to try to save it, it still didn’t look good. At first, I thought it might be a bad combination with the leave-in product I used after the shower, so I tried another combination. It got better, but my hair was still very static and looked dry. The last time I used it, I had plenty of hair oil in the "ponytail" and left it in my hair for many hours before showering. I also only used Hydrate Me Wash and Hydrate Me Rinse. It looked better, but I’m still not satisfied. I will probably try some other combinations, like using one of the hair masks I usually use. So far, I prefer Olaplex for my hair. Fantastic value for money
Lovely eyeshadow at a good price. Glitter 03 blushed stardust reminds me a lot of Urban Decay Moondust Space Cowboy Rides Again. Pearly 02 silky taupe arrived crushed into 1000 pieces, so it got pretty messy, you could say, but since I got it all over my hand when I opened the package, I can say I think it could work as a blush topper. The pictures and videos with two eyeshadows are UD Space Cowboy on the left and Catrice on the right, to me they look identical. Beautiful colors
I bought all three colors that were available and am absolutely thrilled with all three. I’ve tried them with and without primer and eyeshadow underneath, and they stay nice even after long days, a bit of exercise, a rest, and warmer days. These are going to be used at the beach, at parties, and in everyday life. Beautiful color, but poor product.
I tried to get this in the color galaxy to work for me, but it’s probably the worst product I’ve tried from elf. I managed to get it to last a few hours on a day when I was just home with a thin layer of eyeshadow primer underneath. Without and with primer when I was out of the house, it settled into lines after 30 min, and by the end of the day it was gone except for right near the eyelashes. I’m thinking of trying it again in the fall to see if I have better luck then, based on videos on social media it looks like others really like it.
