We are still behind but starting to catch up 😅923 views- The comment was made 2 monthsWill I, as a loyal customer, not be compensated just because I didn't pay for shipping, even though I've spent a lot of money on your site to get free shipping and expect you to at least somewhat stick to the delivery timeframe? I've loved Lyko and your customer service, but this feels incredibly ridiculous to not even send out information until the customer themselves contacts customer service, and still say 3-5 days delivery at checkout when you obviously can't promise that. Sorry, but then it will probably be to find another company to buy from if some ridiculous videos from the CEO that hardly anyone watches are how the situation is to be handled, this is entirely on you...2 likes
