We are still behind but starting to catch up 😅794 views- 3 daysWill I, as a loyal customer, not be compensated just because I didn't pay for shipping, even though I've spent a lot of money on your site to get free shipping and expect you to at least somewhat stick to the delivery timeframe? I've loved Lyko and your customer service, but this feels incredibly ridiculous to not even send out information until the customer themselves contacts customer service, and still say 3-5 days delivery at checkout when you obviously can't promise that. Sorry, but then it will probably be to find another company to buy from if some ridiculous videos from the CEO that hardly anyone watches are how the situation is to be handled, this is entirely on you...1 likes

We are behind on stock but are doing everything we can to catch up 🥵36090 views- 12 hoursCompletely hopeless that there is no information about this before you contact and inquire about an order that is significantly delayed. It also seems easy to foresee that customers will buy other products along with the products that were on promotion and that were entered into the new automation system..? You are really doing yourselves a disservice by not informing about this in advance so that customers can order from other sites and get their products before they need them. I expect that everyone who has had to wait so long for their order will receive proper compensation for this. And I don't mean a ridiculous "20% off your next purchase" type of bonus, but something that actually makes us want to continue being customers with you, because right now I feel like it will be a long time before I shop with you again. Incredibly frustrating.
