You are some (yes, it’s actually true) who wonder how I set up my own skincare. Both regular morning routines and how I deal with active ingredients (which include exfoliating acids and retinoids). 💆🏽♀️
Products vary as I test a lot, but the foundation is always like this. However, if my skin is irritated or similar, I skip the active ingredient in the evening routine and just go for moisture and oil. ✨

Ps! I have ramped up the use of retinoids and various active ingredients. You should do that too!

I thought I would show my morning routine that focuses on hydration and also aims to reduce pigmentation and fine lines in the long run.
☀️ Step 1: Sweep over the face as a first step instead of cleansing. With antioxidants that protect against free radicals and PHA acid that gently exfoliates and binds moisture. Glow on prescription!
☀️ Step 2: two toners that hydrate and bind moisture in the skin with panthenol, glycerin, hyaluronic acid, PDRN, etc.
☀️ Step 3: Vitamin C to work long-term on both pigmentation and fine lines. Antioxidant protection here too!
☀️ Step 4: eye patches to plump up fine lines under the eyes and general coziness (yes, skincare is cozy).
☀️ Step 5: eye cream with peptides! Works in the long run on crow's feet.
☀️ Step 6: day cream that is a bit richer with more fat to protect the skin against the colder temperatures.
☀️ Step 7: SPF! Is an explanation needed? The best for protecting our skin, don’t use SPF? Then you don’t need to spend money on any other skincare.
